Wireless Solutions iphone, Ipod and Ipad Repair

Seriously never bring your phone to get repaired here. I have had to come back about 4 times now because something keeps happening to my screen. 1^st time: the screen they gave me was damaged on the corner and it was the last one they had so I had to come back when they restocked again (they didn’t tell me it was damaged, I noticed it myself). Second time: my screen had spots all over it and the guy had the nerve to tell me it was my wallpaper. When I changed the wallpaper, it still had the spots and then he fixed it. Third time: I couldn’t hear anything from the speaker so I had to go back and have them reconnect the wires correctly. And the guy laughs like if it’s some sort of joke. Fourth time: my screen is coming off my phone. I go to the booth and they tell me that they ran out of screens for my phone so I have to come back again. So to this day, my phone has not been fixed. This is seriously the worst place to repair your phone. I am so beyond frustrated and have called their manager but they did nothing about it. I have wasted my time so much because of them. It’s not worth it!

man, I’ve had my iPhone cracked like 5 – 6 times in the last year and today was the first day I took it to get it fixed at this place here at the Northridge Mall and I was so shocked that he was able to fix it within 10 minutes. And I mean that literally! Everywhere else I’ve taken it too it’s always been an hour or longer waiting time so I was extremely impressed… Ryan was pretty cool and very fast at fixing my phone… And to top it off, they use the original Apple screen and not a generic one so that’s a huge plus for sure! Hopefully I don’t crack my phone anymore now that I’m getting a better case but if I do I will definitely be bringing my phone by here to get fixed.

Wireless Solutions located in the Northridge Mall is an excellent resource and solution to an iPhone that has been shattered. Recently an employee by the name of Ryan fixed my completely shattered iPhone 5S. I am so grateful that he fixed my screen and I was able to keep my cell phone with out losing my pictures or contacts. All of my information on my phone is saved and my screen is as good as new. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone and definitely rate it s 5 out of 5 stars.

My iphone was not turning on so I came to apple store at fashion center to fix my iPhone and they said it is not fixable. On my way out I saw wireless solutions i repair that they fix phones, i tried with them and they actually fixed in twenty minutes and my iPhone is good as new.

Ryan took great care of me. There was a complication after my screen and lcd repair he performed (in 15 mins). He re-​fixed it and made my iPhone like new. Greatly appreciated it! Highly recommend.

I went to the apple store to get it fixed but the wait was 2 hrs. I walked out and right next to starbucks near the fountain on the first floor was this kiosk. I ended up getting my iphone 5s fixed here instead for only $ 85 (with the $ 5 check in discount) in about 10 – 15 minutes. The tall asian guy was really friendly and cool to talk to. I recommend getting your phone fixed here!

I cracked my iPad 4 and took it here to be repaired. Works like new after the tall asian guy fixed it (I can’t remember his name). I brought my iPhone 4s to be repaired 2 days later because it also had a cracked screen. If I knew it was this easy and quick to get it repaired, I would’ve brought them in sooner.
First come first served — be prepared to wait. Good news is you can get your iPad/​iPhone back the same day. Also, it’s a mall. You can kill time easily in case you have to wait. Not sure how many people work this kiosk, but the tall asian guy knows what he’s doing and he’s pretty helpful. He answered questions from people while working on my iPhone and iPad.
I’m sure I’ll crack my Iphone or my iPad again — now I know where to take it to get them fixed.

Called several places in Northridge area, all over 130.00 bucks. Came to the mall and got it fixed for under 100 in 10 minuets. So glad I came here, fast and cheap.

Came here today to get my iPhone 5 screen repaired. it was totally shattered. and the guy was super friendly and informative. Offered me the best and lowest price for fixing my phone! also gave me a fun and alternative replacement option. OREO IPHONE!!! (white front black back — with

Today I was at the mall and just stopped by here. Nick helped me. I didn’t even expect that I could do anything with my phone. But NICK convinced me otherwise. He offered to do it for free but in the end, I was so happy with my repair, I paid him 30 $. Very happy I stopped by. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I’ve now made two trips to the mall to try and get something repaired. They’re never in the booth. Very frustrating.
