Aces, our house no longer smells like pet urine, and our carpets are amazingly clean. I was surprised how quickly it was over, and they even did it same day from us calling. Edgar and Moy (in van #10) knew exactly what they were doing and took care of it perfectly. I will be using them for all of my future carpet cleaning needs.

I got a reasonable quote, in line with what I’ve paid over the past 10 years with at least seven other carpet cleaners. Amin did the best job anyone has done. It lasted quite a long time (over 6 months), and still looked very good. The carpet they cleaned is over 10 years old, the room is a den, it’s a shag and gets a lot of foot traffic and food. Some other companies tried to upsell everything, others have come and stains came back in two weeks. This was a good job, without the upsell, and I am going to call them again, which is a first for me with regard to carpet cleaners. People who are giving one star on basis of appointments missed or mixed up, well, maybe give it another chance?

They are so professional and friendly! Felipe, Jorge and Gabriel were the technicians who came to work on my couch. They were efficient and gracious. The first cleaning was not quite enough, and Amin made sure to take care of it. He is responsive and concerned about delivering exceptional quality. The cost was competitive and the service was outstanding. One of the best experiences I have had! Thank you!

Moy and Gabriel (VAN #10) arrived promptly today to clean our white wool family room carpet and did an amazing job. We have two puppies, two ten year old kids and lots of dirt tracking through the room (eventho we have a NO SHOES ON WHITE CARPET) sign but after 4 years of sleepover parties and many gatherings — the carpet needed some serious help. They were professional, courteous and cleaned the crap (quite literally) out of our carpet. Loved them and will use them again and again and recommend them very highly to all! Thanks guys!

I first used this comlany 9 months ago to clean my sofa fabric. They did an amazing job so I decided to use them again last week. I dropped off 5 pieces of fabric (for my drapes) and once again they cleaned them really well and charged me a very reasonable price. Amin is professional and on top of his work. I will use them again and recommend them.

I used these guys a few years ago to clean some upholstery. They did such a great job I bookmarked them for when I need my carpets done. Well I had them out yesterday to clean my carpet and a rug and everything looks great. Frankie and Nick did my stairs and three bedrooms and an area rug. Frankie said, don’t worry about anything, I’m going to take care of you. And he did! He cleaned my baseboards, too. Great customer service, excellent workmanship, very professional. I’ll hire these guys any day!

Having only one room carpeted, I could never justify getting a service to clean the carpet. I scrubbed it with resolve so many times but it never seemed to get clean. I saw the deal on Unilocal for $ 50 of service for $ 30 and figured I could get one of my area rugs done as well. They were quick to get back to me and I was able to get an appointment right away. (This is important because I frequently talk myself into just cleaning it myself instead of waiting).
Frankie and Nick were our service men, and I was relieved they had a truck with the equipment onboard. Not only would it be powerful, it also meant that only the hose had to be brought through the house. They assessed and educated us on what type of stains we had and used a treatment specific to what we needed. They used some type of enzyme to break up what the pets left behind and what a difference! I had given up on the area by our door since I had worked so hard so many times in the past to remove it without much noticeable change. After they were done, i couldn’t believe I saw the carpet color again.
We also had a once a beautiful, white, braided area rug we spent a boat load of money for and really thought it was ruined by our dogs dirty feet and our many spills. We brought it down out of the attic in hopes of it’s resuscitation and in a couple minutes the guys made it look brand new!
A few months ago our daughter had taken carpet we were throwing away and cut it to look like a a bear-​skin rug but it was filthy, she never had even vacuumed it. I am posting a before, after and a half and half picture to show the difference. It is like she has a real rug now.
The guys were clean, friendly, efficient and took pride in the quality of what they delivered. I’m so glad I finally got this done and will definitely use them again.

My sofas look like new

I am the manager at a very busy location in West Hollywood. We have upholstered chairs that I thought needed to be replaced as they were so dingy and dirty. We called in Frankie and Nick to work their magic, and boy did some magic happen! Our chairs are so clean the clients thought we purchased new ones! Initially we only asked for two chairs to be cleaned, but Frankie saw the condition of some of our other chairs and did a little spot treatment on them and we instantly worked out a great deal for him to do the other five chairs! They were in and out and very professional! I highly recommend these guys for all your upholstery needs! They even take care of flooring!!! Thanks Frankie! You’re the best!!!

This is my third time using Professional Carpet & Upholstery and I continue to have a great experience with them! They have cleaned my couch and my rugs, getting difficult stains out of each. They got red permanent marker and ink pen out of my couch after our 2 yr decided to create a beautiful drawing on it. Today Frankie & Nick were the technicians that came to my house. They were helpful, efficient and offered exceptional customer service! I would highly recommend using these guys for any of your carpet upholstery cleaning needs!

Edgar and Philippe were a pleasure to work with. Their appt was at 9am. At 8am I called to let them know the elevators to our 4^th floor condo were not working.
They insisted they would honor their appointment, and actually hauled heavy pieces of equipment four flights… and still maintained their sense of humor.
The carpet was cleaned in less than an hour and dried within 6 – 8 hours. All the pet and dirt stains on the light carpet were removed (except for some yellow spot where he previous resident had used bleach.
All in all, I highly recommend them. Ask for Amin when you call.

Called Professional Carpet & Upholstery to make an appointment for the following day. Initially I was thrilled that they had availability so quickly. I was given a window of 1:30 to 2pm for the crew to arrive… again, thrilled that they gave me such a tight window! I explained to Amin that I would have to leave work in the middle of the day in order to be home, and he offered to call me 30 minutes ahead of time to give me a heads up when the crew was on the way. Perfect!
The next day at about 12:30, I decide to leave my office in West Hollywood and head to my home in Pasadena so I can be there in plenty of time. 1:30 comes and goes, and still no half-​hour warning from Professional. At 1:45 I call, explain to the receptionist that there’s only 15 minutes left in my window and nobody’s called with a half-​hour heads up yet. She says she’ll contact someone in the field. Amin calls back close to 2pm (the end of my window) and explains that he’s «booked another job» and will try to rush his guys over.
At 2:15, I call back and the receptionist picks up again… keep in mind every time I call, I have to give them all my information all over again, so the calls themselves are taking about 5 minutes. Again, I’m told that someone will call me back. Nobody does. I call at 2:30 and tell them I need to head back to my office for a meeting in the afternoon, and I’d like to cancel my appointment. I hang up, and Amin calls me back immediately. Again, I’m told about how hectic the schedule is and that he’s «trying to work something out». Bottom line, I drove 45 minutes each way in the middle of the day, sat in my home for an hour, and nobody ever showed up. I would never trust this company with my business again. Thanks goodness I didn’t purchase the Unilocal coupon prior to the service being performed.

Let me start off with saying that my carpet was not your typical dirty carpet. I had kool-​aid stains, dog pee EVERYWHERE, ALOT of foot traffic due to the amount of people living in the house and white carpet. Horrible combo. Although there not every stain was lifted which was discussed ahead time, he tried his best to get most of it out. We did a walk through and went over what I wanted. I ended up adding an odor treatment as well.
The staff was friendly and everyone worked quickly to get the job done.
The only con would be that they do not leave a «pattern» in the carpet so I did have an issue with my landlord when I moved out because they said it didn’t look like I cleaned the carpet. Armin, the owner, was happy enough to come back and talk to the landlord himself to see what the exact issue was. I don’t know how it ended from there but I received my full deposit back! Thank you Armin for your hard work!
Also make sure to tip your workers to show your appreciation or at least offer something to drink. I think sometimes we forget that people work hard to provide a service for us and clean up after our mess so it’s a nice gesture :)

I am so HAPPY! I finally found the Carpet and Upholstery company that doesn’t have employees that make me nervous about having them in the house. I had 2 Gentlemen come to my home today and they were clean and did not look like gang members. This my sound funny but i used to go to a large company who advertises all the time on TV. They sent men to my house whose heads were shaven and had tattooes and just had a attitude. I told a friend of mine and she said that she uses the same company but asks for a particular person, so I asked for him too. I told him that I wasnn’t happy with their company and that they sent men that looked like gang members/​criminals. He said well what does a gang member look like. HUMMM They look like the person standing in front of me. He cleaned the house and NEVER AGAIN.
I went on Unilocal and found Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Services, they had many reviews and they were all 5 stars. Art and Moy were here and I couldn’t be happier, they smiled and were extremely pleasant. My carpets, couch and area rug are REAL CLEAN. I can’t express how pleased with the outcome of my carpets and couch. They even showed me the dirt as it was being sucked up into the suction hose.
Earlier in the day they said that they will be here 30 minutes to 45 of our scheduled appointment which was 12:15 PM. They called me about 30 minutes out and arrived on time. I am so PLEASED! If I haven’t said it before I M SO PLEASED!!! They have a client forever. I kid you not
I would like to post a photo of my dining room and kitchen walkway, which was filthy They cleaned just a small part of it when I saw the difference in the carpet. Half was clean half was still dirty. I have a picture but can’t post it for some reason?
