19 years ago we started searching for our first home. We became really discouraged doing this on our own. We started working with Marc @ Pinnacle. He really looked to our budget, wants and needs. After looking in Woodland Hills for months and not liking anything, Marc had a great idea… So we went with it! We looked at our first house in Northridge. A suburb with great schools, large properties and still local! We looked at one house, and that was it! This house literally went on the market that morning, and by the afternoon we looked at it and made an offer. The next day, this tree lined home on a cul-​de-​sac with a pool, ½ acre of land and circular driveway was ours! Well, 19 year and 3 kids later, this is still our home!
