This is a great practice. I have gone there for a knee injury, ankle fatigue & a hip strain from intense workouts and they do an incredible job. I recommend Dee, she’s awesome. Very knowledgeable & thorough and gives you tons of time each session to ensure your healing process. And she’s funny. :-) A nice bonus.
They have a gym area where you do exercises too.
I also have to recommend Sergio who is an incredible therapy masseuse. He also offers an excellent deal for an hour & a half at your home releasing built up muscle fatigue & tension using various techniques. Excellent! He’s also very knowledgeable. A great find all round.

I’ve been coming here on and off for a couple of years on and off for various injuries. All the staff is really friendly and care about ur individual needs which is super important when it comes to ur rehab. Only thing is the place could use a make over. 90’s feel for sure! But they get the job done and have all the equipment necessary!

I’ve been going to J and M for therapy after suffering an injury from a car accident. In the beginning, I wasn’t sure if their treatment would work for me but, I was in so much pain, I was willing to give it a try. Without hesitation, I can tell you that the treatment I’ve received there has been outstanding. From the time Sally greets you with a smile at the front desk to the time you meet with Sergio, Yvonne, Diane or any of the other staff, you feel like they are happy that you chose their facility and will do their very best to take care of you and relieve your pain using a number of techniques. Jaina, the owner, meets with you initially to give a much welcome personal touch rarely found in most businesses today. She actually takes the time to listen to your concerns and pair you with the best person (s) on her staff to start you on your way to healing. The person I’ve dealt with the most has been Sergio. He is absolutely amazing! During one of my first visits he said to me, «I don’t like my job, I LOVE my job!» and it truly shows. His ‘magic fingers’ have done wonders in finding problem areas and correcting them. I came there with this awful limp along with severe back pain and it is much diminished due to the therapy they’ve provided. I cannot thank him and the entire staff enough. My hat is off to you all!

My brother came here after he had an acl injury, they were extremely professional and made sure my brother received all the proper care, exercises he needed to improve after his injury.
