Check ‘n Go

I’ve been coming here for a while… i have usually had great customer service. The one manager they had before Crystal was amazing. Now the new manager Mike is super friendly and has great customer service. I gave my review a 1 because if the one rep they have working there by the name of Iris. She is slow, rude, incompetent and has no customer focus. One bad apple spoils the entire bunch. On 2 occasions my husband had issues with her. She doesn’t show any empathy or compassion. She doesn’t know what she is doing and you can tell. She looks like she gets overwhelmed when she is left alone especially on Saturdays. She says she can do something for you and then says oh no i can’t i need manager approval. Don’t say you can do something and then go back on what you just said. Very unprofessional. .we would rather go somewhere else when see her there. Too bad cause Mike is great!
