Check Into Cash

I have been a Check into Cash customer for over a year. I always use this location because it is convenient to my job. I am a loyal customer to the North Hills store and have NEVER had any problems. The NORTHRIDGE location has not given me a satisfactory experience. Either the check machine is down, or they simply aren’t in the store. I am on a time crunch on my lunch break and expect to be helped. I am completely understanding of having to take a break. But when you advertise that you will be back in 15 minutes and don’t return for an hour it really is bad for business. I was not able to reload my card today and was late returning from MY lunch break. I do not see myself returning to this location. Completely unfair.

I wish I could leave No star. THE WORST customer experience I’ve had at any cash advance. First they handed out Unprofessional looking documents to be filled out. It took over an hour to be processed. Which all other cash advances take 10 minutes at most. The staff AND the manager are completely INCOMPETENT. It feels like it’s there first week on the job. Your better off going to any other cash advance than check into cash. Watch and see for yourself. Bad enough to have to call corporate. Save yourself the stress.

Wow what a difference. this place is great. The 2 agents are super friendly and great customer service. They have discounts and coupons too. I’m not going back to the other place (check n go)

Nobody likes having to go to one of these places, but when you need some money for a short-​term solution it’s great to have a friendly, reliable, legitimate place to go. After trying one of those «check cashing places» that wanted to actually call my boss and speak with them, we drove around looking for a more reputable place and stopped here. From the moment we walked in we were treated with courtesy and professionalism.
The whole process took all of 5 minutes (where we had been waiting in line almost 30 at the other place!!) and they did not need to actually speak to my boss, although they did take their name & telephone number down. They keep all of your information in the system and the next time you need cash you can just walk in and sign a contract and walk out with the cash you need.
Best of all, after your first time using them, you can even do it online if you don’t need the money right away. Doing it online takes about 1 – 3 days I believe. But only takes 2 minutes to request your money and virtually «sign» your new contract. They take the money out late in the day of your paycheck and I’ve never had a timing problem with them. They don’t make you feel bad about needing some cash either.
