my friend had someone broken into his home the other day. we called them late at night and they were great. they came in. fixed it on time, no hassle, and reasonable price. i hope it doesn’t happen again, but i will keep their number handy.

We had used this company in 2011 to get glass cut for our dining table. The person who helped us back then was wonderful. Recently I had to get a window pane replaced. The person that helped us was extremely curt and rude to us. To make matters worse, he promised the window would be ready at a certain time and when we went to pick it up it wasn’t– he hadn’t bothered to call us to let us know it was delayed. So we wasted a trip in our already busy day.

I called this company about 3 weeks ago on a recommendation from a friend. I spoke with Nick who seemed helpful, caring and professional on the phone. He offered to come out and look at my broken shower doors and tell me my options. When it didn’t work out for him to come that day, i called and left a message. Never heard back. I waited a few days and called again — leaving a voice mail. No one had the courtesy to return my call. Was my potential job not big enough for this business? What began as encouragement to finally have my doors fixed, ended in total frustration. So much for my friend’s recommendation…

Nick from Aladdin Glass has to be one of the nicest guys around. He shows up when he says he’s going to. He’s done a number of repairs for us, glass table tops, mirrors, etc. They’ve been great and reasonably priced. Give him a call for any projects you have in glass.
