I was helped today by a woman named Patty(I apologize if I spelled it wrong). She was a very nice and considerate person. She put an item on hold for me when I said that I wanted it but it wasn’t available at the time. She gave me the phone number for Aeropostale and she was just a delite. If i ran a company I would want Patty to work for me. She is a very valuable employee. I will definitely come back in hopes of her being their to help me in the situation where i needed assistance.

Came here to return a sweater I changed my mind about, and no smile or greeting from the cashier who just spent 30 minutes doing nothing. I’ve worked in retail before, so I know the job can be daunting, but ive never failed to give a customer a small smile or greeting. Any acknowledgement I appreciate. Anyway, I got what I wanted, which was a refund, but not without a nice eye roll from the young lady behind the counter after I declined her offer to exchange it for something else. Hope they get better customer service!

very poor customer service. came in to buy a gift for my little sis and was barely greeted or treated with any respect. when I went to pay for the item, I was barely looked at or spoken to, which was rude. when I came to return an item the cashier was very rude, will never come back to Aeropostale again.

I would avoid this location at all cost. It looks like a really messy kids bedroom with clothes thrown everywhere. No kidding there was clothes just thrown over the accessories display, shoes everywhere, and hangers laying in the floor. I had six only children girl roommates in college and we were more organized then this dump. I have higher expectation of a store that in general keeps it’s brand a positive experience at other locations. if you have the patience to dig like your at a garage sale or going out of business sale by all means knock yourself out but don’t hold your breath looking for your size unless it’s a XS. If you are lucky enough to find your size check your clothes that they removed the security tags. I had to drive back after getting home and discovering the girl checking me out at the register didn’t remove the security tag.

This review is actually for their online customer service. I ordered Hanukkah gifts through them, and received the wrong color shoes for my son. I immediately called and told them it was a gift, is there anyway I could go to ANY store to pick up the right color, since my son chose these shoes and color, and was expecting them as his gift??? Nope. BUT, she assured me they were still in stock, and she would ship out the right color within 24 hours. LIES! I waited over two weeks, and still nothing. So I called this morning, and was told that they are now ‘sold out’ and will not be sending me my son’s gift… and I asked her, so when were you going to let me know about this? She claimed they MUSTHAVE emailed me. No, they did not. Thanks Areopostale for screwing up my son’s gift. Oh, as an apology”, they emailed me just now, a 10% coupon… WTF??? I can get online coupons for 20−30% and free shipping, I don’t need your pathetic 10% off coupon. NEVER shopping here again.

FIRSTTOREVIEW! :) Came here for the first time the other day. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate who gave me a coupon for some store discounts, so that was pretty nice. I was particularly looking for some t-shirts for my boyfriend, but they hardly had ANY! I know it’s winter time and most of the clothes they had were long sleeved/jackets, etc., but their little selection of t-shirts in the back was… lacking. Also, a lot of the clothes were really disorganized and not folded! It was hard looking for the right sizes I wanted because they were all over the tables.
