Not really sure how they stay in business. Every time I visit this place the shelves are empty, they never have fresh pastries or anything they advertise. Id rather drive to north hollywood for my goodies.

Can back to give this place a second try. I noticed that they are trying to turn it more into a bakery and looks a lot cleaner. Ponchik are $ 1.50 made to order with custard or Nutella filling. I got a little discount today since the guy didn’t know how to use the ATM machine and was accepting cash only. He reminds me of my parents who refuse to learn new technology lol. These ponchik were a little different from the one I’m used to. It’s more crispy and airy. It’s not doughy nor filled with a lot of filling but it’s good. The kids both liked it a lot. I wasn’t able to try the baklava because we didn’t have enough cash on us. :(

You have to try their Lahmacun. I am originally from Adana myself. Their lahmacun is as good as you would get in Adana. Love it!!!

This place is a gem! Family owned, everything fresh or made to order. You can get all the armenian, middle eastern baked goodies here! My favourites are the perashkis and khachapuris. And the cashier girl is so friendly and nice(I think she also manages the whole bakery herself). I called ahead of time for lahmajoon to pick up, my order was ready to go when I stopped by. I am definitely coming back again and again :)

Love this place for it’s amazing and delicious food and not to mention the bakery is in the back so how awesome and fresh is that but the owner and the employees are so friendly and kind. Honestly, you walk in for 1 thing and get out with bunch of delicious items that catches your eye. Thank you for being there. I get food to go for my kid’s school because I know the quality of food they make is good for the kids as well. Highly recommend.

I have driven by Adana bakery many times without giving it a second thought. That is until I was looking for a place to cater for my party. I had heard of this place from a couple of friends and then I read Unilocal reviews and decided to order food for my party from them. I was so happy with the quality of kabab, rice and salad and all my party guests were very happy with it too. They know how to cook good Armenian kebab and at a decent price. I know they are known more for being a bakery, however, I haven’t had a chance to try their bakery items. But I am pretty sure they are good!

Everything is soo Fresh! Prices can’t be beaten. Every time I come in here, I try to get something new on the menu so I can try all that they offer. I have tried the meat and cheese boreks. I have also tried all of their freshly baked bread as well. They are now offering Pizza, which I can’t wait to try being this is a bakery and they must have all fresh ingredients!

This is my go-to place for Armenian baked goods in the Valley ever since Avo’s moved further east to Burbank. They’ve got boreks for days — I suggest the spinach or the cheese one — all freshly baked to perfection, with buttery and rich golden dough… DROOL. When I used to eat meat, I loved the lahmajun(Armenian«pizza») and the khinkali dumplings… I just wish they had vegetarian versions of these classics. Do not, under any circumstances, forget to take some baklava with you as well. Am I making you hungry? Good, get on over there!
