Ralph’s is one of the poorest run lack of managed store. They should fire all managers. The deli counter is full of not nice slow staff. And the sad part is regional management all the time and they still can’t get it together. I see staff and customers pissed and leaving saying its so f’ing slow. The upper management ship out all good employees to other stores to their dismay and confusion. They are cheap and not good neighbors there is still bad smelling cooking oil over flowing in parking lot let’s all let then know its not like there broke its just bad management.

Jeff was a great help. Did not do anything I didn’t like. He gave me the groceries I needed to help my health. Thanks to Jeff.

This was my neighborhood grocery store for 4 years. I was using my rewards fuel points and stopped in to get some groceries today. Its nice and big, great meat and veggie selection. Usually has pretty good sales on every day items. I seem to always drop a lot of money in here, even for a few things. The cashiers are friendly, the store is laid out nice, and plenty of parking.

I love that I live 5 minutes away, and I also like that they have everything I need. The deli is great and so is the seafood department, extremely helpful.

We usually come here to grab chips or king crab legs. The workers behind the seafood counter are nice. The store is clean, pretty well organized and there’s no problem with parking. There’s a Rite Aid next to the store. Within the same parking lot, you’ll find a panda express and Chase Bank.

Not alot of bad things I can say about a Ralphs Store. I was going to give them 2 stars because of their terrible pricing practices. You see one price and you take it to the register and it shows up a different price. You ask or show them the price tag and it involves different qtys or different scenarios in order to get their discount. I like things simple and that was one thing I would easily complain about. I am bumping it up to a 3 star because some of the folks that work there are pretty nice. Especially the folks in the deli or cooking areas.

Their products are good, usually stock up and have good special deal. The employees in produce, grocery, meat departments are amazing. However the manager and cashiers are really bad. Yes, really bad!

This Ralph’s is clean and the employees are really nice. The dude in produce always says hello and asks me if I need anything. Super cool dude. They are slowly getting more organic produce which I think is pretty great. I bet they would get more customers if they had more organic. Thanks Ralph.

Great grocery store. Huge parking lot, great hours, helpful employees, they’ve got it all. The inside is very clean, and so are their bathrooms. Get a Ralph’s card to earn fuel points. The gas station across the street will give you up to 20¢ off per gallon, and they normally have some of the cheapest prices to begin with.

I officially love this place! The staff here are absolutely amazing, friendly, and very helpful! I never thought I would feel so deeply about a grocery store but, after everything they did for me I am forever grateful! The battery on my 2012 vehicle(sadly) wouldn’t start working, the worst part wasn’t the fact that my car wasn’t starting but the fact that I had NO phone so i wasn’t able to contact anybody. I became stranded in the parking lot of Ralph’s(even sadder). I was so fortunate that the staff from Ralphs was more than happy to help me jump start my car, they were truly good people! Ever since I only have very positive things to say about this Ralphs! Thank you everyone who helped me in a time of need, I will forever be so grateful for you guys! 5STARS all the wayyy!

There is always a shortage of baskets at this location. I always have to go to the back of a register to pick one up. They should be located at the front of the store when people walk in like any normal store has. Also, why are the carts so far away from the actual entrance. I feel like I have to walk so far just to get a cart. They should teach the workers to put the carts closer to the store entrance and make it more convenient for shoppers.

This place is pretty ok. It’s right by my house so I go often but they definitely leave much to be desired. It’s big but still one of the smaller Ralph locations. They don’t carry everything. What they do have can be out of stock often and for a long time. The service is hit n miss. Some people are super sweet and attentive. Others are completely nonchalant and strange. The staff changes rather often so the regulars are pretty few. Not my favorite Ralphs locations!

Went to the meat area to get a couple T-bone. There was not any out. One of the so-called meat cutters asked if he could help. I told him I was looking for T-none and has the nerve to say porterhouse was the same. I don’t know where he was taught to cut meat but I do know the difference between the two cuts. I had raised, butchered and cut my own beef and know the dang difference. So now I won’t trust their meat cutters. I’ll get my meat elsewhere. That just riles me to no end. Ralph’s you need to get somebody that know how to cut the right kind cuts of meat and not pass some other for something that’s not.

I really Like this location. Store is really nice and clean. Customer service is always great when I am in there. Other than that, its like any other Ralph’s store. The parking lot gets pretty busy though. The store is located in a plaza. It can be a little confusing at first to find what you want. This store is also set up differently than the others.

It would be awesome if I could come here just once without being assaulted by a barrage of panhandlers, fundraisers, or people trying to get me to sign some petition. Literally every time I come here – weekday, weekend, night, day, whenever – there is SOMEONE at the entrance trying to get something out of me when I arrive and when I leave, and I’m here quite often. It’s become a real problem.

This store is so EXPENSIVE! I paid $ 35 for a few ingredients to make Mac and cheese! And I didn’t even buy any of the premium cheeses! $ 37 for a bag of lemons with $ 10 vodka, mint and bag of ice. They overcharge here and the selection is so limited. Their herbs selection is limited to a lot of organic forcing you to overpay for something with a sticker that says organic. Did you grow and pick it? No, as far as any of us know, they were grown with all the other produce. For the same prices, I would rather go to Trader Joes or Whole Foods.

This Ralphs is a nice looking one they updated their interior. However it is kind of small compare to some of the other Ralphs But other then that its fine. I did not notice any problems. But also nothing special here either.

This is my neighborhood store, been shopping here for over 30 years. Hey, it’s a Ralphs! What do you expect?! If you want Gelsons, go to Gelsons, if you want Trader Joe’s, there’s several in the Valley. If you want a big chain supermarket that is close to your house and you live near the corner of Saticoy and Louise, come here. I check the expiration dates when I shop here, and also watch the prices at checkout as I’ve caught mistakes before. But then again, I do this everywhere I shop, nobody is perfect… maybe I’m the exception but I don’t just walk into a store and pull something perishable off the shelf and expect the expiration date to be 3 years from now… I like that they have a self-checkout, and there’s plenty of parking in the lot. I do about half of my shopping here, the staff through most of the store is friendly and helpful. The meat department can be hit-or-miss depending on who is manning it… I don’t buy meat anymore so not really a problem for me. So, all in all this is a decent neighborhood store…
