History

Established in 2001.

Healing Spring Acupuncture has mostly been located in Tucson, Arizona, but recently it has has come home to Colorado where Robin Cupp L. Ac. was born and raised. Robin has been in practice now for nearly 20 years. Robin started his practice doing very basic acupuncture and Chinese Herbs for nearly all conditions in 1996. However, he studied NAET (Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique) with Dr. Devi Nambudripad in 1999. Robin found that it worked only 40% of the time. Robin experimented with and perfected Allergy Elimination and began teaching it nationwide in 2005. Robin taught and worked closely with David Epley, the director, at the Arizona School of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine starting 1997. Robin was on the faculty for 9 years and became the Academic Dean in 2000. Healing Spring Acupuncture is now located in Northglenn and shares offices with two other acupuncturists.

Meet the Business Owner

Robin C.

Business Owner

Robin Cupp began his career as an aerospace engineer in Boulder CO. After a disappointment with western medical doctors, he began seeing an acupuncturist and taking Qi Kung classes in 1985. Robin quit his engineering job and traveled extensively in Taiwan, Hong Kong and lived in Thailand 1987 — 88. Robin was drawn to the Chinese Herbal Medicine shops in these places. Returning to Colorado Robin studied Jungian dream analysis for three years and, because of a dream, he began acupuncture school in 1992. Robin studied at Ruseto College with Master Pao Chin Huang for four years earning his certificate in 1996. Robin moved his practice to Tucson and began practicing there in the fall of 1996. Robin had a successful practice there for many years but found that after the economy crashed that making a living in Arizona became increasingly difficult. Robin moved back to Colorado in the spring of 2014 and is now practicing in Northglenn, Colorado.
