Love their stuff but service matters and how long you have to wait just to pick up one item is ridiculous. Not impressed and would avoid coming back to this location.

So I broke the creamer that my wife received as a gift (as part of a set). I knew it was from Crate & Barrel but could not find a replacement on-​line in any of their inventory… it appeared they no longer carried the line. I started an on-​line chat and the representative asked for my email address — she could not immediately locate a replacement but asked me to give her 24 — 48 hours to investigate and get back to me. Two days later, she emailed that she had located a replacement and it was on its way… no charge.
Now that is customer service!
