I recently joined AAA Motor Club (Insurance and Travel Agency) in Northbrook when my car battery died last February. Already we’ve gotten our money’s worth out of it. In fact, for the price, it’s one of the best values — across all industries. I can’t believe how inexpensive it is, yet how well it delivers when you really need it.
I recently had automotive problems in Chicago. It was pouring rain, and I was rushing to meet a client. Dressed up and in heels, I sat in the car anticipating a long wait. To my surprise, Benjamin arrived considerably earlier than promised and took great care of me. He was efficient and accommodating, and moreover, he seemed to take great pride in his work — as you can see from the photo I posted.
Thanks to AAA and the excellent service I received, I stayed dry, got to my meeting on time and got diagnostics on my car so I knew what caused the problem.
It’s a lot of bang for the buck, and I wanted to recognize Benjamin’s great service.
