I would not recomment this inspector to anyone!
Our realtor recommended him to us. He was very nice, seemed that he checked everything. We were very happy at first but before we moved in we called the person to turned on the gas and he said that gas stove is leeking carbone monoxide and we have to replace it. He also mentioned that home inspector should have told us about it. We never used that stove, so now we bought a new one and we also were told that gas pipe needs to be replaced too. We have bough the cheapest gas stove and plus pipe we paid 1000 $. We are very, very, very upset !!!
