wonderful warm, friendly trainers, including the owner Jody. Helpful and attentive to personal needs. Clientel are also happy to help and chat. It’s a comfortable environment with a great workout method.

This is a great gym. If you are woman looking to get fit and get a handle on healthy eating, it is the right place for you. Group training with weight training and aerobic training are included. I just recently joined after a bad experience at another gym in town, and go to Get in Shape for Women three times per week. I work out with a trainer and several other like-​minded women who want to improve their health and fitness. Both the trainers and the other clients welcomed me into the mix right away. The trainers push you to work hard and stay committed. Rescheduling is no problem as long as you give the advanced notice. I look forward to going to my appointments and I look forward to seeing the results some of my friends have. Several friends and neighbors have already seen wonderful results. They look great and feel great too. It takes commitment on your part, but Jody and her trainers are there to support their clients. I am thrilled that I made the switch to join Get in Shape for Women; Northborough.
