We received Daren Daugherty’s name from a friend, as a trusted air/​heating vendor in the area. Daren is the owner, and raced out, same day to take a look at our dead air handler. To this point, we’d been back and forth with our very challenged home warranty company (First American), who refuses to pay for air handler replacement and install. Daren was our 3^rd opinion and estimate. He explained the home warranty process and why it’s such a challenge. In order to get any reimbursement for the repair, we needed to go through one of the contractors that the home warranty company had referred us to. So unfortunately, going through Daren would have resulted in more out of pocket expense for us, because of that, and of no fault of his own. His pricing was competitive and he is a very trustworthy and honest business owner. He’s on our list for any future needs we might have. What a great small business located right nearby Keller!
