Horrible and incompetent technicians. The employees are crude and foul-​mouthed. They destroy more than they fix. This place is supposed to be family owned but do not have ANY family values. To curse in front of children is unacceptable. Management verbally attacked us when we brought the issues to their attention. Go anywhere but here.

Dave and Ken were our technicians, they were prompt, assess the problem and had it fixed in no time! As full-​time. Realtor, I can vouch this service was top notch. There are a lot of HVAC companies out there, and I finally found one I would highly recommend.

So far so good. Gave us best price in comparison with 4 other nearby firms. Showed up when they said they would. Unit recently quit working after 2 months. Technician figured out geckos hat shorted out electrical system for a.c. Had a guy with different company servicing old unit. He attempted to leverage our positive working relationship into buying poorer quality unit at a higher price. It pays to shop around

Excellent service! We returned from vacation to find our AC unit broken. I called a different company but the quote to fix it seemed very high. My husband called Coppell heating and AC and they arrived in less than an hour. David was super efficient and friendly. The best part is that it cost $ 200 less than the first company that gave us a quote and he didn’t try to sell us additional parts that we did not need!

Really glad we went with Coppell Heating & Air Conditioning for our A/​C unit replacement. It was a big ticket item so we got a couple of quotes. Coppell Heating & A/​C had a lot better price & also a lot better parts and labor 10 year extended service plan. They were unable to replace our unit immediately so they came by & gave us a booster of freon to keep our old unit limping along (at no extra charge) they scheduled us & arrived on time, were very friendly, fast & efficient & took time to answer all our questions thoroughly. They brought their own vacuum cleaner & cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased with their work and service. Highly recommended!
