3 months after getting our bed it breaks. My boyfriend calls Sergio who tells him he needs the receipt brought over to him. I’m like«what?» He should have it on file. I call him and no receipt was mentioned. He’s like I told your husband we need the bed back first. I said that’s impossible because we have nothing to sleep on. He said that he would order the bed and call us when it arrives and swap it out. Here we are 2 weeks later and my boyfriend calls again and his response was that he was waiting for me to bring the mattress in. My boyfriend said that’s not what you told her. He said he would call back. I didn’t misunderstand him so I call him and he’s like I think I might have one in the warehouse. Really??? You think you might have one? You told me you were going to order one. If you had one in the warehouse it should of been given to us. Oh and the best part is that I would have to pay another delivery fee to get it. To replace a defective mattress that lasted 3 months. Are you kidding me. Save your money and go elsewhere. Shady stuff going on here. Buy it somewhere else. I’m still trying to get it resolved. It’s been 3 weeks I called him last night because he never called me. No surprise there. He said he has one int he warehouse and will deliver on Friday. He will call me at noon. My boyfriend calls him and he says he will call me. I’m still waiting. Piss poor customer service. I give him 30 minutes to call me or I’m asking for a full refund. I’d really like to give zero stars. Update: called him at 1 and was told bed be here at 3pm. It’s now almost 4 and no one is here. Sigh… I will call him again
