So Nick wasn’t able to take care of me (he could have but he would have had to mark up someone else’s service and he was upfront about that) per se but he was able to give me a professional recommendation. Honesty goes a long way with customers and Nick must get that. He was able to take care of my son’s tire and tube though. So all in all I still found the «go to» bike shop and would recommend you visit.

Went to these guys for work on my bike. Front and back brakes needed work. They gave me a price quote to include new front and back brake cables. They gave me a call a few days later saying my bike was done. When I got there they informed me that one of the brake lines end up not needing to be replaced so they did not change me for that one. If only I could find a car mechanic that was this honest. Saved me a few bucks and they did great work. I will defiantly bring my bike back to these guys if I ever need work done again.

Brought my mountain bike here a while back for a tune-​up. Work was completed during time stated and owner was honest about the state of my bike and possible issues/​further costs. My bike was cruisin like new after leaving here. Also, the price for tune-​up was very fair!

i recieved excellent service over the phone yesterday, the associate who took my call was helpful, knowledgable, and extremely courteous. i recently had two bikes stolen from me, and i called all the local shops to ask if anyone had seen anything come through the door that matched the description of my bikes… when i spoke with bike worx, they made sure to take down specific information and were extremely helpful in suggesting places for me to look. definitely will be purchasing my replacement bikes from this shop!

Helpful, resourceful and all around great service. If you sit in the shop for more than 5 minutes you will see at least 20 kids come from the park across the street. Each of them have a relationship with Nick. If he promises a time for the bike to be done, its done. Reasonable pricing and excellent service. Not for just park bike, but race, street and get to work bikes! He takes pride in all of his work! I recommend this shop to EVERYONE!

UPDATE: despite the store’s policy of not providing warranties on inner tube replacements, I am happy to report that the owner backed up his work and replaced my inner tube that kept going flat at no charge. As a small business owner he shows pride in his work. The review is not 5 stars though because he was visibly upset at my first review. Although I do not believe I «bad mouthed» him in the least. Thanks for the tube Sir!

Had a great experience here. They gave us multiple options to choose from as far as new brakes. They also repaired another loose brake and made sure there was air in the tires. I thought it would take a few days to get the bike back, but they said it’d be ready the same day. Sure enough, within an hour or so, it was good to go. They are knowledgeable and offer great customer service. I’ll go back for any bike-​related needs.

We took my bike in about 2:30 to get a new brake. We snapped the original in half when we had to replace the tire. They replaced it in about an hour. We were very impressed with the service. They put air in the tires as well before we picked it up. And the prices were very reasonable. I will go here again next time one of our bikes needs service.
