Lemme tell ya something! The staff (Corie, Danielle, Maria, Sarina and Becca) at the Craig Branch is flat out getting in DONE! Ya know, they will tell ya the whole TRUTH and nothing but the TRUTH! If it can be done! They get it done!
If not?
Well, they try really hard to get it done within the limits of their business practice and ethics. The staff has always demonstrated professional but caring attitudes; they have always exhibited professional character but also share a laugh or two or three; the staff has been professionally informative with the ability to communicate whereas one could fully understand and comprehend the subject matter without any degree of difficulty (My opinion).
Thanks ladies for doing what you do in the manner you do it!

They require ATM preferences to be updated on debit cards. Fast cash options go up to $ 200 so now I have to manually enter my cash amount every time I use the ATM because I always require more than $ 200. Another great example of poor customer service by this credit union by making a change without any regard for the customer. Why can’t an amount greater than $ 200 be entered and saved?
I know they’ll have their usual reply explaining they only did it for our benefit and we’ll appreciate it more as we get used to it. Baloney! I don’t know how they get rated high by their customers. They’re nothing but headaches.

I received a pre-​approved post card in the mail for a 1.99% auto loan refi and immediately called the 1 – 800 number to see how I could take advantage of this amazing offer. The helpful customer service associate was knowledgable but said he was unable to help me over the phone; that I should go to this local branch with specific items and they would be able to immediately process my loan docs. I gathered all of the information mentioned (proof of insurance, registration, 10-​day payoff amount, most recent paycheck stub, etc.) and went to the actual branch. The lady behind the desk was completely uninformed and said that all of the information I had gathered must instead be faxed in to them. After explaining to her that a fax and a printed document were essentially the same thing she proceeded to tell me that she needed a 10-​day payoff amount with the start and end timeframes… ie. I had a 10-​day payoff quote that expired July 23^rd, this means that one could infer that it was good from todays date (July 13^th) until the 23^rd, or in industry terms A 10-​DAY PAYOFF QUOTE. The clincher for me was when she stated she could not take the payoff quote because it did not display the full account number (just the last 4 digits) and the mail-​to address was on page 2 of the print out, and they needed everything on a single page.
I tried to give them my money and business and they just wouldn’t take it. I will not be returning to One Nevada Credit Union.
