Established in 1999.

Thank you for considering Mikey and Friends for your pets grooming needs, since first starting my business I have been focused on keeping dogs safe, earning their trust, and of course keeping them well groomed. I always tell people that every dog needs a forever groomer, and as my many customers will attest, it is a wonderful thing to see that your dog can be happy, even excited to see their groomer !

I am also excellent with puppy’s, not everyone is aware how important the first few groomings are for a puppy, it requires an experienced groomer who understands how to introduce the equipment and grooming techniques. When this is not done correctly it can create a fear of grooming that can last a lifetime, So if you are starting with a young puppy I have turned out many great little dogs who love to be groomed.

My early career was in real estate for many years, however in the late 90’s I discovered a passion for this business, after professional training I opened Mikey and Friends in 1999. I am married, my wife is a registered Nurse and case manager with United Health Care, My Daughter is is in her second year at UNLV and working on a degree in mechanical engineering (very proud of her!), My 2 dogs are a one year old toy pomeranian and a 15 year old shepherd who has been with me from the beginning.
