Last night was my first experience at this salon and I will never be back! Although my toes look pretty the customer service sucked and the salon wasn’t very clean. I was there for 2.5 hours for a pedicure! Myself and 4 of my friends made an appointment for 5:30 and showed up promptly on time. They didn’t have us all sitting beside of each other because two people walked in right before we did but we had an appointment. The chair they put me in didn’t work and the water was cold. After I moved chairs and got hot water the pedicure started. It was alright but they didn’t massage my feet at all! That’s my favorite part! I was very disappointed with my visit here. I do NOT recommend this place.

Ivy and Kim are our go to techs. They are through and are perfectionists. Their gel nails are on point and pedicures are great. There are many different levels of the pedicure. I always get the aroma therapy pedicure it smells so good.

I am very disappointed with this nail salon. If I could give them a negative 10 I would. I recently a got a full set of acrylics and a pedicure done. I noticed that one of my toes was really swollen and it had blisters. I had to go to the doctor to get antibiotics. I had to take 5 days off of work because I couldn’t work with a swollen foot. So my doctor told me that I got this infection because they don’t sanitize there equipment properly. If you’re paying for a service you shouldn’t get any kind of infections. When back to the nail salon all they could say was sorry. But sorry does not pay my bills nor my doctor bills. If you could avoid going to this place I would recommend to NOT go! Save yourself and your feet!

Wow fast and sloppy, I was too tired to really notice but happy that it was quick because I’m under the weather. Later I realize it’s not the best job. I requested rounded nails and not straight. I fell on deaf ears. I didn’t want white tips but she insisted. I protested, I hate white. So she picked out mood, changes color depending on if it’s warm or cold. Pretty neat, but I see traces of paint where it should be clean and bumps/bubbles too.

Ivy is a sweetheart, very professional. Very streamlined, neat and does really good work! Was pleasantly surprised, she was referred to me by a friend and after reading some of the reviews on here I was a little worried but then reminded myself that most only post when they have a complaint. We as a society need to do a better job of sharing great experiences which is why I am posting today. I receive excellent service each time I come.

I just went in for polish change because I dont like how gel makes my nails feel anyway I felt the lady was rushed and could have done a better job. Paid $ 15 for a 10 minute service. Will not go back I work hard for someone to just rush through a service i am paying for

I got a fill done on my acrylic nails here. I was very disappointed. The lady did a horrible job. The acrylic was uneven and just globbed on. I think a child could have done better. My nails weren’t buffed smooth. You could see all kinds of funny angles on them. When I got home, I removed my polish and buffed them out nice and smooth after filing away the globs. It took me about an hour to fix what she messed up in about 20 minutes. I think their prices are a lot higher than most, especially for the crappy work here. I will never go back.

Today was my first time at this nail shop. I got a new set and I am not pleased whatsoever on how my nails turned out. I specifically told him I want my nails square shaped but I had to repeatedly tell him to straighten them because they were not even at all. Once that was done I decided to get a regular polish because to get a gel polish was additional $ 15 and it is not worth it because it won’t make it look any better. I got a nude OPI regular polish and he did not polish my entire nail, he missed the sides of my nails, and again had to repeatedly tell him to paint the sections he missed. Even then my nails turned out very messy. My original nail shop charged less and does nail way better than this nail shop. I am not ever coming back to this nail shop and absolutely do not recommend anyone to get their nails done here

Got my pedicure and manicure done less then 15 minutes. The fastest mani&pedi I ever experienced. I was very disapointed. I could just go buy the nail polish from drug store and paint myself. I went in and expected to file cut, dead skin or push back and perhaps an oil hand massage but nope, just two layers painted and finished coated then tah dah! Done… oh and one of my thump nail got some bobble in it. Theres nothing more that I hate is to see bobble in my nails. She got another client and start doing her nail and totally abandon me at the freezing air drying station. I was like am I done here? Hello? Dont waste your time and money! Go buy nail polish and paint yourself. You can do it better then they can lol

I got a gel manicure done by one of the guys there, and I had to come back in and get them re done after 20 mins. They were lifting and just looked horrible. I won’t be going back there again.

I would deff give 0STARS!!! I went in today with my mom, i asked for Kimberly she said she was busy, so we both passes with other 2 ladies well what a HORRIBLE experience!!! My mom got a full set she was done in less than 30 minutes!!! She was extremely rude n in a rush!!! She cut her and left acrylic hanging at the bottom of the nails. When she was done she told her to go to the drying station. N i look back n the lady that did mom was eating. So she was in a rush to go eat? Why don’t they tAke breaks? It would be better to wait a lil longer then to be rushed be caused there hungry!!! The lady that did my fills was a nice but was also rushing. U can see how my nails have grown out thru the new fill!!! She didnt even file to shape them square they l have diff shapes ugh! Its TERRIBLE!!! When i was in the drying station and see KIMBERLY walking around doing NOTHING!!! Weren’t u busy??? Well i rather drive 30+ minutes else where then to go here ever again just because is close to my house!!! I do not recommend a salon that rushes to get a set done thats why they end up lifting!!! This aint a competition of who finishes first!!! BADHORRIBLEEXPERIENCE!!!

Nail service Sucked! Came in 7÷8÷14 I have two weddings to attend to and I need something that will last long so specifically said I wanted color acrylic because it last longer and she puts plain acrylic with gel color over it and said this is what I asked for? Then I asked to go really thin and seem like she was getting upset because I kept saying how I wanted my nails? Then the health department came in and didn’t even say excuse me I’ll be back she just picked up and left. So I ask the guy there if someone else that can continue because I have to be at work and he pretended to get her. He had no client so he could have at least continue my nails. After 10min she came back didn’t say sorry she jus continue in a rush! She did my nail so fast it looked like she rushed it everyone I showed my nails to said the same wasn’t even even! Never again will I come to this place! Dazzling nothing!

I have went to this shop twice now to get my Nails done. I am very pleased. Both times the staff was very friendly and did a good job. I get the gel polish and they have a good variety to choose from. The prices are fairly decent as well. I would def be returning back for a 3rd time.

The lady I had finished my mani & pedi in less that 25min. She was going so fast that it didn’t even look good at the end. I totally don’t recommend this place at all.

I went here for eyelash extensions and had a terrible experience. First, the technician had a strong body odor which I realized halfway through my service as I was laying on a table with my eyes closed and she was leaning over me. It was clear she had not showered recently or washed her hair… awkward. The minute I realized this was not the scent of a mud treatment or something that would be acceptable at a spa was too late and I was so grossed out. It took about 30 minutes for the girl to glue extensions to my eyes and midway through the adhesive caused me to start tearing up. She had me sit with a fan blowing on my eyes for 15 minutes to set the glue(most places are able to «set» the lashes in 30 seconds or so). I have had eyelash extensions before and never had an allergic reaction or been sensitive… little did I know she was using the wrong type of adhesive! I was in incredible pain and when I left I actually said it my car and cried because the pain was too intense. I couldn’t believe it. This is NOT what you should experience with lash extensions. The type of burn most closely resembled the reaction to skin and superglue… so I truly have no idea what kind of insanely bonding glue they used but there is no way it can be legal/appropriate for skin. I paid $ 40 and tipped on top of that for some reason. Later, when I went to another salon to have my lashes removed, I was told that they had used an extremely strong adhesive that should not be used on my lashes, or any human for that matter, as it was weighing down my lashes and not appropriate for the lash cycle. The estheticians I have since visited have encouraged me to file a complaint with the state cosmetology board. My lashes began to fall off and the extensions with them in about 2 days. They should last 2 – 3 weeks depending on your showering habits, makeup, etc. I am still in the process of regrowing my lashes and caring for their mistake.

I used to come to this place every other week. Loved it! They finally convinced me to upgrade to gel manicures. They explained the benefits and such. sounded awesome. Let’s just say the gel mani didn’t live up to the hype. When I went to get the polish removed, they filed my nails down rather than soaking them. My nails have been brittle and weak for about a month. Lots of chipping, peeling and breaking. They also claim to fix gel manis if you get any chipping within the first week. Their idea of fixing is filing the chip off. I am kind of afraid to come back here. Sad, because this was my go to spot.
