Standard Chipotle– food is always good. However we always have issues with the staff here, I’m not sure if it’s because they are always slammed(line out the door everyday) but if you ask for something they just ignore you and talk amongst each other. They also skimp on the portion sizes here majorly. The only one in my area or I’d definitely find another location.

Today, I walked into this chipotle. I have been here several times with the same outcome. On this occasion, no one was in line. I walked up to order my food. To my surprise, three out of 4 meats were not available. The black beans were depleted and not replaced. On top of it, there was absolutely no sense of urgency. This was a poor excuse for a business establishment. The store manager or supervisor on duty was obviously inadequately prepared to handle the customer or supplies. Poor service. This was at 7:00 mind you. Right during the dinner rush they should be prepared for. On top of that, they asked me to pay for food they had not yet produced to me.

Seriously slow. The line wrapped around the whole restaurant, yet there were never more than 3 groups sitting down to eat because people were finishing before more people were getting their food. 26 minute wait in line is a little long to wait for Chipotle. The food itself was fine(it was what you’d expect from a chipotle).

Chipotles tastes pretty much the same everywhere but this location is has fast service and friendly staff. Although the line can get long, they whip through it. I come here often and I haven’t had any problems. *knocks on wood* Guac is the best I tasted so far. Also biggest thing is they give more generously than a lot of other chipotles.

The last three visits, they have messed up my order. Either the burrito bowl is like half of what it should be or they just get it all wrong. What good is placing an online order if you’re not going to read what I requested? So disappointed. This location is terrible.

rude employees! I got there to pick up my online order. I was expecting it to be done by the time I got there(15 minute drive from my house.) NOPE, I waited another 10 minutes cause they still had to make it. I sat right in front of the register until it was done & they knew. they just put my bag to the side and didn’t tell me. A couple girls were just taking their time and laughing and playing around. I got up and asked if my food was ready, and they look at me like they didn’t know what I was talking about and they were like«oh yeah, it’s done.» and just pushed the bag near me. they also messed up my order too.

I didn’t know it was possible to screw up a Chipotle until today. The chicken had a bunch of gristle in it, and my son’s tacos were ice cold.

Eh. Nothing special, people rave about Chipotle but it was basically another version of Qdoba. It was good but wasn’t oh my god I must come back all the time. Will be one of those if in the area and not in the mood for anything else I may settle for this.

Love Chipotle. Hate this location. — The lines, even when not long take FOREVER to get through. — Last time we were there, they were out of ice and didn’t say anything to any one of the five of us who bought drinks. Manager insisted it was fine because«they’re still cold»… they were not. — I watched SEVEN people in a row have to ask for more rice because we were all getting literally half a spoonful, even in bowls. Even my girlfriend, who normally asks for very little rice had to ask for more rice. — I’ve watched the managed walk away when there were a half-dozen wrapped burritos sitting on the counter waiting for her to ring them up to go get more napkins for the drink station… which still had napkins. — Two visits in a row, it took so long to get through the line that our food was actually cold by the time we sat down. The food is fine. It’s Chipotle… it’s always going to taste more or less the same… but it’s worth skipping this location and going to a different one unless this is SUPER convenient to you.

I’ve visited this location twice and both times it was the same. Good service, fast service, and service with a smile. I’m not huge on Chipotle and I rarely eat there unless someone else is(as in both of my cases). It’s Chipotle, and in saying that, it’s like saying«It’s McDonald’s», which comes with a certain familiarity and consistency that you expect associated with the name. That said, It’s decent, quick, and somewhat cheap. I had the barbacoa tacos on one visit, and also the new Fritias(sp?) soybean meat burrito. I was not blown away by either, but it was both palatable and is more than enough for one person.

This location is really popular and always busy, so if you are in a hurry not a good choice. Service is always rushed and sometimes they make their portions on the lighter side. I love chipotle, but I like other locations better.

Wow. RAWCHICKEN. Yes, raw chicken and I am pretty sure I ate some. So I ordered two chicken bowls and the chicken was raw. I was so shocked I forgot to take a picture before taking it back to the manager. The worst part is that the manager did not even stop serving or change that tray of chicken. She just kept on ringing people up. That is not just gross, but a health hazard. Will NOT return to chipotle. This is probably not every chipotle and probably not everyday, but it’s enough to keep me away.

I like this location. Yes it does get packed and they don’t always get it right but I like the staff. They are very friendly and always eager to please. I see myself coming here for quite some time. The food is always on point too. Only one inconsistency which is the guacamole, sometimes it’s a bit too salty but you can ask to sample it first, so just make up your mind then. Well I’m off to enjoy my burrito, or in this case my quesadilla :)

I Love the food, the burrito bowl is my fav, coming in second is the tacos. Sofeitas is a genius way to allow vegetarians to enjoy Chipotle. The employees are professional and management is attentive. I love what Chipotle stands for.

Closest Chipotle to my new house. Too bad my first visit did not leave me with a great first impression. Place was not too busy on a Sunday afternoon when my husband and I entered. It’s smaller than some Chipotle’s I’ve been in. Ordered typically — a burrito, this time I went for steak, my husband got a chicken burrito. When the girl went to wrap our burritos, both of them broke in the middle, which was weird, because I’ve never seen that happen to my burrito before at any other Chipotle. My husband on the other hand — he gets his stuffed so much they usually have to double-wrap, so I wasn’t surprised. Sit down with our burritos to discover — the tortillas were not properly steamed. Mine was quite dry and crunchy on the ends. Either they are using tortillas past their prime — or they are not steaming them enough. Usually I love Chipotle, they are typically on their A-Game. Not this time around.

I LOVECHIPOTLE!!! Just not this location –_____– I feel horrible giving this place a one star but even Steve Ells(Chipotle GOD) would be appalled to see the long, stagnant lines in this place! I mean 30 minutes to actually get your order in and another 10 minutes as you go down the array chipotle goodness… 40 grueling minutes just get your food! All due to inexperienced, always flustered, untrained staff… BYEFELICIA. *take note I usually go here around 230pm and 8pm… Not really peak times for it to be crowded. It’s like this location messes with my emotions, I get so pissed waiting almost an hour for my chipotle bowl … But once I take a bite out of that chicken… I fall in love with chipotle all over again… Ugh! Management please do something about how your staff is trained ! And PLEASE teach your staff to change their gloves, wiping your nose and touching food is only okay if it’s your own not for customers …

Another classic 3.5 stars. I’m not quite a fan, but it’s better than 3 stars. Food is better than average, not great, just better than average. Service can take a while depending on if it’s lunch hour or not. It’s not cheap, however, it’s not expensive. I just feel like I’d rather spend $ 10 on something better. It’s a chain, so there is really nothing of substance I can say that hasn’t already been said.

I used to like going to this Chipotle, but lately it has gone downhill. There was no line when I arrived, but soon after the dinner rush showed up. I noticed people were waiting a long while and had angry expressions on their faces. Another thing, they ran out of chicken. How do you run out of chicken? They were also out of forks. Really??? It would also be great if they posted the children’s menu. It wasn’t until I was paying that I saw the take home menus that has choices for kids. Oh well, now I know for next time, but it won’t be at this Chipotle.

I have had chipotle at work events and when I was going to college I would have their chips and guacamole. I was going to attend a concert with friends and we wanted something relatively fast but good. We settled for chipotle. I always find it cool to watch them make food right in front of you. I had me a big burrito. 3 meats and everything in it! The girl at first was like are you sure? I said, «oh yes I am really hungry!». I even had the chips and guacamole. Everything was hot and fresh. Tables were relatively clean as well. Only downside for this location is around dinner time at least there can be a good sized line. However they do their best to make the food fast and keep it fresh! I give it 3 stars and definitely will be back.

I’ve never been a huge fan of Chipotle, but you do what you have to do when you’re pressed for time, looking for some quick proteins, and don’t feel like cooking. First of all, this parking lot is crazy. There’s no sense trying to park close to the restaurant. I suggest parking close to Jamba Juice to avoid the linger drivers and the ones not paying attention. As for the restaurant itself, it’s clean and they’re busy too. Weekdays during lunch time is usually packed with a line that wraps around. But due to their assembly line process, the line goes fairly quick. Chipotle is known for their stacked burritos, their meats with no hormones, and tasty brown rice. What got me going to Chipotle recently is simple… side chicken and side steak to go. According to Chipotle, a scoop is 4 ounces in case you measure your food. I’ve come here and ordered as much as 10 scoops of this stuff. Yes, that’s 40 ounces of chicken or steak. The employees are cool about it, even though they usually have to cook a new batch just for me. Overall, can’t complain about this Chipotle. Their busy, but quick. They’re always accommodating too. TIP: –Ask for heaping scoop of steak or chicken. They usually hook it up for me. Sure doesn’t hurt to ask. –The chicken or steak isn’t totally clean eating. Each 4 oz serving has additional 70 calories and 1 gram of carbs due to the seasoning. I’ll usually wash this stuff off the steak and chicken. Yes, I wash the taste away. But I’m also eliminating about 70% of the bad stuff too. UnilocalPERSONALCHALLENGE —(413⁄500)
