Wow! Our experience with Jay and his crew was absolutely wonderful. Jay found the possible causes of our roof leaks and took pictures of the deteriorating areas to show us. Well — I guess they must be really good — as they don’t have time to return 2 left messages or answer their phone during business hours… can’t review their work if they won’t respond to inquiries.

What a great experience working with Jay, he is knowledgeable and professional. He found a leak issue right away that had eluded others. He keeps commitments and does what he says they will do.

While I haven’t yet paid for roofing services with this company, I was tremendously impressed with my experience interacting with them. I recently moved into my home and noticed some broken tiles on the roof that I thought would be best to replace to prevent my roof from leaking. So I scheduled a free estimate.
When Jay (the owner) came out, he told us that he was unfortunately unable to help, because the company that supplied our roof tiles was no longer in business, and they had unfortunately used non-​standard tile sizes that are now really tough to find. Though he wouldn’t be able to get our business, he decided to come out anyway to speak to us about our options. Since our roof wasn’t leaking yet, he recommended just keeping a watch on the roof, explained how to shift the loose tiles in place, and even gave us some sealant to cover any gaps.
I really appreciated that this company wasn’t just about pushing services, but genuinely seemed to care about how to best help us out. I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him should I ever have a roofing issue.

We had several roofing companies come out to give us estimates but we really liked Jeff and his overall customer service. He took his time in explaining things. Gave us an honest «if this was my house» answer. From beginning to end Jeff and his crew were amazing. His superintendent Vicente and his his guys knocked it out in 1 ½ days. Cleaned up everything afterwards. If you want the best call Jeff. You will not be disappointed.

Jay Gray and his company are awesome. I had a house painter break a bunch of tiles on my 20 year old roof. Jay was able to find replacements and get them installed in no time. His team rearranged the tiles to make certain the new ones were out of eye shot so you can’t tell the incident every happened.
I would recommend them for any and all your roofing needs.
