I guess if your writting a review of a auto body shop luck wasn’t with me! Anyhow. i hitvavpot hole this winter (who didnt) crack my spoiler on my new kua optima. brought it in here. and i felt at home. Gordon assured me of being taken care of. and was he spot on… all i had to do was bring it in… they take care of everything even the car rental. All staff are highly qualified PROFESSIONALS! My car looked like show room quality! Fast service! I highly recommend here to everyone!

My truck that I love like a child was hit by some texting teenager blowing through a red light. I wouldn’t trust her to anybody but Quonset Auto Body even though they are a good distance away. We have had a previous vehicle repaired by them and I was impressed with their professionalism and quality. My dad restores antique cars so I basically grew up in a body shop and know what to look for in a repair job. I requested Quonset Auto Body immediately from my insurance provider when I reported the accident, and was happy to wait for the tow truck to arrive from North Kingstown.
I was very apprehensive about how well she could be repaired, but talking with Gordon eased my mind considerably, enough so that I could sleep at night (did I mention I’m a little crazy about my baby?)
When I came to pick her up, my truck was waiting in the lot, and my son is happy to tell all his friends how I cried like a baby when I saw her. She was beautiful again! They even detailed the inside which I really appreciate. Gordon was out of town at the time but he made sure to call me to check up on my satisfaction and assure me that if anything goes wrong, to call them to take care of it. I don’t think I will have to– they did such a good job!

Quonset Auto Body did a wonderful job fixing my car. My Chevy Malibu’s front left bumper was smashed during a hit and run and I’d heard from locals (and even the Chevy Dealer) that Quonset Auto Body was the best place to take my car.
The owner, Gordon, takes great pride in his work and answered every one of my many questions! He called me every few days to give me updates and worked closely with my insurance provider (even though the insurance company had messed up my claim multiple times — Gordon was the one to sort out their mistakes). When the insurance company sent replacement parts with poor quality, Gordon refused to put them on my car and worked with my insurance company to acquire better replacements. He went the extra mile to ensure I had the best customer experience.
My Malibu looks beautiful — they did a full detail. They also have a full paint shop so the metallic red that is very hard to match looks perfect. You could never tell the car has been in an accident. The car also handles perfectly.
I would recommend Quonset Auto to anyone and I won’t take my car anywhere else from now on. Best customer service I’ve had in Rhode Island!

Caylen did another fantastic job detailing my car. It is not very often when you find someone who takes so much pride in what he does. He loves what he does and it is reflected in his work.

Absolutely the best place you can go to the owner is incredibly nice and did a perfect job i can tell he has a passion for what he does my car looks freaking brand new from the showroom floor awesome place dont go anywhere else they even detailed my car and shined the tires!

I have worked with Quonset Auto Body twice now and they are terrific! From the time you walk in to the time you pick up your car it is a great place. Personalized friendly service from all the staff no matter who you talk to. Lou and Gordon make sure to keep you updated and never make you feel like you are bothering them. And if that wasn’t enough, the vehicle comes out prefect the first time!!! It was like you were never in an accident!!! My body shop for life…

Quonset Auto Body and the owner Gordon do fantastic work. We have used them twice now, the body work and paint was expertly done in a timely manor (which takes time and talent that many places do not have the skills for), There was no hassle what so ever. The staff is very professional and will even take care of all insurance company communications if needed. Great experience, nice to work with as you can tell and we would highly recommend them…

My 2012 SUV got into a fender bender and the wonderful people at Quonset helped me navigate our insurance company, rental car communications, and everything else in between. They are knowledgeable, courteous, speedy and very professional. My car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time, and the job was superb. I would recommend Quonset Auto Body without reservation. They were the one bright spot in an otherwise dismal situation.

These guys are terrific. My brand new car had an unfortunate encounter with my husband’s car in our driveway. (His was parked in the wrong place!). We ended up with both cars looking better than new and his 5 year old Accura had been detailed to look as good inside. They were compassionate, had a sense of humor and did a fantastic job.

My wife complained about the handling of her new 2011 Camry. She was upset that it did not handle like the Audi we had before the Camry. It was sloppy, and not very responsive. It was near totaled in an accident July 7,2011. Quonset auto body was very attentive and fixed it quickly. My wife noticed right away it tracked better, and steering was tight and responsive. The owner of the shop said the machine they use to align was a closer tolerance than the factory. Our car is truly, better than new. The paint used was also better than factory, deeper, thicker and does not water spot like the factory paint. Best in Rhode Island!
