I was running late for my class so I ordered online(because I’m addicted in Starbucks), to my fault I didn’t notice that I ordered Caramel Macchiato espresso instead of the iced one. 5 stars for Vanesa for changing it to Iced Caramel Macchiato, even it was my fault. Thank you so much for a wonderful customer servie and for making my day even better and brighter.

The few times I have been here, the baristas have always been very polite and pleasant to deal with. This location is also very clean including the men’s restroom. There is also a decent amount of indoor seating with a roomy feeling for this store with fast wifi. I enjoy this location. Pity I’m not in this neck of the woods more often.

Service is friendly. Plenty of space at the big table for computer work, but the little charging discs you need to use to make use of the«powermat» chargers are mostly missing and there are not readily available regular outlets… just a few. Parking is tight, but I’ve always gotten a spot. There is also a smell in this location. I thought maybe they just had a spill or something the first time I came, but it seems to be persistent. Can’t quite put my finger on it. Slightly foul. Not horrible, but not pleasant.

Very disappointed for all locations. Christmas cups are red now. No more Starbucks for me

The staff in this location makes me want to live in the valley JUST so I can get my Starbucks with them. Parking lot: A complete nightmare, I would suggest street parking, it’s easier and free for two hours. Coffee: Amazing! It’s like they actually put some time and effort to make sure your coffee is great. Customers: I didn’t bump into any picky, ride, customers, but with there being a long line, everybody was surprisingly patient. Staff: Gosh, I’ve been to more than 100 locations and I have almost never(except for the Sunset/Vine location) walked into such a easy-going and friendly ambience. Now I know what Starbucks to go to whenever I’m back in the valley. :-)

Parking is so tough at this location even though they have a parking lot. Once inside the customer service makes you forget all the outside noise. Thanks barista with a beard your my chai guy. Also the girl at the register was really helpful and patient with us cause we had no clue what we wanted. 10/19/20154:30pn

Always friendly staff and the lines move pretty quickly. Only complain is the parking. It has to be your lucky day to find a parking spot.

I need my coffee every morning and this is where I get it from because it’s close to my house but the parking here is the worst sometimes I can’t even park so I don’t stop but overall I like Starbucks

Yeah, it’s the Standard fare Starbucks. It’s just this one has the parking lot from Hell. It looks small from the outside but is actually very spacious inside. Park at your own risk. You have been warned

This place is awful!!! Beside it having the worst parking lot(people double parking), the service is bad as well! I’ve been here twice around noon and both times have been terrible!!! Not friendly, not clean, overly crowded and SLOW!!! Never coming again!

I will probably never go to this Starbucks ever again. My boyfriend and I came to this location for the first time around noon. I ordered a Venti iced coffee and my boyfriend got an iced caramel macchiato with my Starbucks gold card. We sat and enjoyed the drinks until we decided to head out. Before we headed out we decided to get free iced coffee refills(a perk with the gold card). I gave my card to my boyfriend while I went to the bathroom, so he could order the drinks. After I came out of the bathroom, my boyfriend, who is unfamiliar with the Starbucks gold rewards, told me that they charged me .50 cents for a refill of my Venti iced coffee and denied him an iced coffee refill because he ordered a caramel macchiato. He didn’t order another caramel macchiato, but just a plain iced coffee. As a gold member, I’ve been to my share of Starbucks and have never had this problem. On the official website of Starbucks, not yahoo answers or some random thread, it clearly states«free refills for green or gold members on coffee or tea REGARDLESSOFTHEORIGINALBEVERAGE if you don’t leave the store’s location. Once you leave, you’re no longer able to get free refills.» The manager, Kate, told us that it didn’t make sense to get a free coffee refill on the caramel macchiato but could give me a .50 cent coffee refill because I had ordered coffee previously. I was able to pull up the exact post on the official Starbucks website and had her read it. Kate’s response was«that’s weirdly worded and doesn’t make sense, I can’t do anything for you», in the rudest and belittling tone. It didn’t have to make sense to her! It was on the official Starbucks website! I know some special Starbucks don’t accept the perks, such as the Disneyland Starbucks, but it was a completely normal Starbucks. We left pissed and I decided to call customer service. I was able to be connected with a live person and explained the situation. I told them the exact store that charged and denied us a refill. The person confirmed with me that I was indeed correct. It wasn’t a special Starbucks just a regular one and we should have received free coffee refills on the same size we ordered. I was refunded the .50 cents and was told that it would be handled with. I wasn’t worried about the .50 cents but the fact that Kate didn’t even acknowledge that it was a basic perk that comes with Starbucks rewards and we had showed her proof! We assumed that she didn’t want to make us another drink because they were already backed up with orders and had a line. Apparently Kate thinks she’s able to make her own rules because she«manages» the store. Out of all the Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I’ve never been treated with the utmost disrespect from an employee.

Worst Starbucks ever… slow, dirty and out of everything. Cashier had an attitude with me cause all«summer drinks» were out(although they were still up on menu) and I didn’t know my order by heart for«Fall» drinks. Drinks came with syrup dripping down sides of the cup… huge mess. Find another place to get your fix!

local starbucks that is walking distance and not usually slam packed in the morning. the afternoon and evening can be a different story though. you get your usual hipster wifi bogarting crowd throughout the day and the want to be italian culture people racing their leased european cars up and down the blvd but hey, this is north hollywood… what do you expect. coffee is as always consistent and never disappoints, avoid the quasi ghetto crowd and have a nice little experience

The parking lot is a bit of a nightmare, but it’s surprisingly big once you get inside. A dozen or so tables inside, and just about as many outside as well(although outside faces Coldwater Canyon so I have to image it smells a bit like car exhaust). The large table in the center of the indoor dining room had charging disks with a variety of adapters, so they make it very easy to charge your phone while enjoying a delicious pastry… No more hunting for an outlet!

Absolutely the worst SB I’ve been to. The place to pick up drinks was nasty and wet, so putting straws on there are bound to get wet. And then a Rep gets an attitude cause I asked for a clean DRY straw?! Eff you! I’d expect that attitude at a nice part of town, but guess what, you’re in NH! Take that prissy ish some where else!

Even though the reviews say that it’s packed, even when I’m on a time crunch I always seem to make it! It is packed, yes, but the employees work quickly and efficiently to make sure that everything gets done. So that’s 5 stars from me!

Located at the intersection of NoHo’s multicultural paradox and socioeconomic decadence, this Sbux defines community services. The staff is friendly, the seating and tables are clean and the floor is well swept. If you’re an inquisitive mind that can’t comprehend why grown men blast bad rap at red lights to attract the attention of GHS’s aloof female student body — then sit outside and enjoy the parody. When the crowd at this location is right, you’ll find yourself feeling surrounded by a large, spherical monitor which displays non-stop 24⁄7 images of rustic civilization. What I mean is, between the fudge brown McD ceilings and a cracked road cross crossed by homeless and luxury sports cars, you’ll feel as if The Truman Show is a thing and just steps north of Victory Blvd is the wall. If you’re a male, come here to study whatever during LAVC’s finals week. Smart chicks are motivating and smell nice. If you’re a female, well, I suppose the advice is unisex. Enjoy!

Probably one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a while! Yes the parking situation is horrible but at least it’s not as bad in Koreatown or Santa Monica. The service is fast and the people here are a good mix. I’ve been sitting here for 15 min and am already entertained. Old Armenian man yelling on his phone, a child rubbing her face all over the chairs and a lady who put her cig in her mouth while at the store ready to spark up. Find some street parking and come on in for friendly service. Calvin here makes a good iced caramel macchiato upside down with extra caramel! :)

The white chocolate mocha is really good. I like that you cant taste coffee. I’m not a coffee fan. This is more like a hot chocolate but milkier. Its perfect for winter time too. I would come here on my way to work on a cold day and order the white chocolate mocha. It would help me warm up and get my day started. Their croissants are pretty good too. Flakey and good. The parking is annoying but other than that service is quality is good.
