Zero sense of urgency. We waited for 15 minutes while the lady that was too busy to help us sat at her desk ripping up documents by hand! I don’t know how you feel about your personal information but, I would want mine to go through a shredder NOT tore up by hand. We felt like we were in the twilight zone or as if we were being PUNK’D. We ended up walking out while the lady glared at us. It’s safe to say we will not be going back.

I go here to get my insurance, to do my taxes and to get letters notarized. The owner is very down to earth and has always been very helpful with me. He has always managed to get me a good deal.
During tax season his wife managed to get me a good amount of money back. I will let you know, go early if necessary to do your taxes because they get busy. Thats all I have to say.
