A little over 3 years ago during tax season someone took a package from my front door in my gated apartment building. My apartment manager called me to tell me he found an open package in the recycling bin with my name on it and it looked like it had important papers in it. What was it? My taxes retuned from my accountant with under a week to file. I almost had a heart attack! The amount of money and time I would have been out over losing my receipts, multiple W2’s and my accountant’s finished work was something I could not afford. Plus, I would be penalized by the IRS.
I decided that my mail was not secure in my building so that same week I went to NoHo Mailboxes and rented a mailbox. I no longer have to worry about a paycheck going into my neighbor’s box, a package stolen from my front door step or my mail stolen by identity thieves. The main lid that covers all the mailboxes in my apartment building is easy to pry open and I’ve never felt my mail was secure in my building, because it isn’t.
Scott makes sure I get my mail, that items I mail out get picked up and only my mail is in my mailbox. Just the other day I had to give a neighbor their mail, happens way too often in my apartment building.
It’s affordable and it will save you a lot of headaches if you know your mail is safe and secure. You’ll never have to worry about someone taking something from your front door, a paycheck that went into your neighbor’s box or someone other than yourself getting your mail. Plus, I have 24 hour access to my mailbox.
Go see Scott and get a rental at NoHo Mailboxes. His rates are reasonable and the service is impeccable.

I’ve been at Noho mailboxes since the first day that Scott the owner took over. He is a God send. He is so helpful, meticulous, smart, responsible, and gracious. If you need a mailbox, it is the people that define the place. This place is it. Look no further.

I went here twice because I wanted to support the little guys and the small businesses around my house. However, I recently felt like he was ripping me off and went to the post office right down the street and yes, indeed he was. I paid 30 dollars for a box that the post office ships for $ 9!!! Do not come here. I hate to say it, but I won’t be supporting someone who charges me sooo much more than the post office. I’ve shipped a total of 4 packages with him and ended up paying more than the gifts inside just to ship them!!! No thanks… I am sure he has an explanation of why he is way pricier, but to me, it just feels wrong. I wish I had saved my 80 dollars total and went to the actual post office which isn’t much further from where this place is!!!

I have used this company for various services over the last few years. I really appreciate that it is very family oriented and always accessible. I love the fact that there is 24 hour access which communicates a level of respect and trust with the customers they do business with.
The prices of the mailboxes are very reasonable. I am currently going through a life transition and needed a permanent address and this works extremely well. I would recommend this company to anyone needing such services.

I’ve had a box here for two years now.
I move around a lot, so to keep from having to change my address I use this mailbox. Scott is great. He’ll call you when you have a package. You can call him to check your mailbox if you’re waiting for something to see if it’s there. Or anything else you need.
I sometimes forget when to go in and pay to renew but he always lets me renew via phone. Great business to work with. I keep signing the 3-​month plan but I should just sign a year renewal next time…
Oh and ²⁴⁄₇ access is great too!

Supporting small businesses in the community is so important… We have been customers here for a little over a year. My husband and I own a martial arts school just down the street (Kuk Sool Won Martial Art Fitness Center) and are constantly getting packages delivered. Scott has always been very organized and timely getting us our items!
He recently supported a kick-​a-​thon we hosted to raise money for the local Martial Arts History Museum at 2319 W. Magnolia Blvd., Burbank, CA 91 506.
NoHo needs more community-​involved small businesses, like NoHo Mailboxes!!!

This place is amazing. Scott, the business owner, is so nice and always greets you with a smile. He calls you whenever a package is received, and it’s so nice to trust that it’s in a safe place instead of sitting on a doorstep.
The mailboxes are accessible ²⁴⁄₇.

I can’t tell you what a relief this place is. Forget the hassle of lines at the P.O., FedEx, UPS, etc.
The guy who works here is a gem in North Hollywood. You walk in and plop on the counter whatever you need to ship. He gives it to you straight and takes extra special care of your package. If you want cheaper shipping, but need the package to get there at a specific time. He’ll make it work for you by finding the best options among the myriads of parcel corporations.
I always leave this place with a smile. Support small businesses!
