I called Alex to get a proposal for insulation replacement in attic. He straight out told me that «I don’t have time for that kind of job!!» All i wanted was a PROPOSAL FOR A UNIT, A PROPOSAL!

My home warranty sent these people out, they are total liars ! They lie on behalf of the warranty company so they don’t have to cover you problems. I hired two independent companies after them to get a second opinion and both disagreed with advanced air controls lies! If you want to use them for yourself they will be cheap, but if you want to use them under a warranty company they will just lie their butts off and you will not get service! Untrustworthy !

Alex is a genius! We have had an ongoing problem with our air conditioning for a couple of years. Our home maintenance company send several companies out to service it and they merely put a band aid on it. This year I insisted on their best reviewed company and I got it! Alex took the time necessary to investigate the problem before offering a recommendation. It wasn’t a quick fix but it was the right one. He has earned the highest accolades possible, he is honest, ethical and takes pride in his work. I will recommend him to all my friends and will continue to use his service with or without the home maintenance company.

My a/​c stopped cooling efficiently on Saturday. I called my home warranty service late Saturday and Alex quickly and efficiently fixed the problem on Monday morning. I have used his services before and will continue to do so. He knows what he is doing and doesn’t try to find extra things to pad the bill. I highly recommend Advanced Air Control over other a/​c companies I’ve used. Thanks Alex.

Alex was called by our home warranty to replace our furnace inducer. He was timely and replaced the inducer quickly and promptly. What I liked about Alex is that he didn’t find ways to get us to do more work. To me, that will likely result in me calling him to do future work, when needed. My previous experiences with a/​c & heating companies have been horrible. While Alex didn’t do anything out of the extraordinary to earn 4 or 5 stars, he did exactly what he needed to do. That, in my book, is «A-​OK» particularly since my other reviews on other a/​c & heating companies would earn negative stars, at best. I would recommend Advanced Air Control to friends.

Alex from Advanced Air Control came out to my property right on time. He was able to quickly identify the problem and made the necessary repairs for what was more than reasonable cost. He also went out of his way and gave me a suggestion on changing my air filter.

I would highly recommend this guy to all my friends. Get his number from Unilocal when my air conditioner got broken. It was Sunday and I was not expected that he will not only get a phone but comes to my place to fix it. At 100 degree I was ready to replace a whole unit without a single question Alex got inspected my a/​c unit on a roof and replaced a fan motor. I can just imagine how much money he saved me. Thank you Alex for your great service and honesty. You are the best.
