My heater broke down and I was surprised that Michael showed up in less than an hour. He lives up to all his great reviews on Unilocal.He greeted my worries with a smile and assured me he’d solve the problem. God, I am so glad I found this guy, and I like to thank to prior Unilocal reviewers who helped me to make the right choice. I have been having A/​C issues on one of my rentals. I dealt with several A/​C companies and no one could diagnose the issue. After spending a lot of time and wasting a lot of money I finally found a professional who really took care of the issue. Mike was very honest and professional and did not charge whole a lot like the prior contractors that I dealt with. I have recently obtained his services again to install LED recess lights in my house. He did a great job and I love it. I will definitely utilize his services again for both A/​C and electrical work. I would highly recommend Electric Guy/​Mike.

After a plastic burning smell concerned me at 4:30 on a holiday weekend, Mike was there in an hour to turn off the power and dissconnect the old and overpowered fuse box (basically saving the house from burning down). The serious issue was solved by 1 o’clock the next day. Outstanding service.

Our air conditioner stopped working the other day at 4:00 in the afternoon. It was 100 degrees outside and predicted to stay that way for several days. My regular A/​C guy said it would be 3 days before he could come look at it. Then I found the Electric Guy. He said he’d be here in 2 hours — 7:00 pm. About 45 minutes later he called to ask if he could come earlier! He determined that my problem was electrical and then narrowed it down to a low voltage transformer. He had the necessary part in his truck (refreshing) and has us back in business in a few minutes. Then, he charged us a very fair price. I have a new A/​C guy and a new electrician! Love this guy.

Can you call an electrician «awesome»? Well that is what we think of Mike (Electric Guy, Glendale). He replaced our main panel (2014) and had the greatest respect of DWP inspectors. Beyond that he has helped with many minor jobs (even on Sunday). If you have either a major or minor job Mike should be your go-​to guy. His prices are fair and service super.

It all started with adding a light in the garage only to find old decaying cloth covered wires and poorly done connections. A call to Mike and he saved the day. He discovered that too many outlets were on one circuit, and an octopus of wire and conduit in the attic. After rewiring nearly have the house he gave me a very fair price. I cannot recommend Mike high enough. If you have an emergency (like I did) or a remodel, he is the guy to call.

We had a real emergency air conditioning repair. Our unit completely died in the evening and we were expecting a big crowd for a lunch party the next day with forecast of temperatures over 100 degrees. Mike was there within a half hour, determined the problem immediately, got the replacement part off his truck and completed the repair promptly.
