Tony’s Pet Oasis

If you have a dog or cat or other pet and live near North Grafton MA, this is the place I would recommend stopping by. As other reviewers have said, Tony is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. He comes to know his customers well — their pets and pet needs. He does everything he can to assure access to the highest quality product while also passing along savings to his customers.
He epitomizes the best of small business: personal experience, knowledge, and commitment (true commitment) to the community of which he is a part. As others have written — in addition to passing on cost savings to his customers, he does his part to help the rescue community, he cares about your pets and comes to know their names and stories and needs.
This simple appearing store is always clean, dog friendly, with everything a dog owner needs. Don’t miss this tucked away «Oasis» if you want to place with high quality product, thoughtful customer care, a good laugh, and some cost savings.

Tony is knowledgeable, friendly, and upbeat. He knows what he’s talking about, and was the most helpful store owner I’ve ever encountered. My fiancé is blind, and he gave us a discount for our guide dog. We bought Orijen, and he encouraged us to contact him about herbal remedies and natural treatments before taking a trip to the vet because his store has a lot of great stuff. His two dogs bark when you approach the store, but they’re definitely no bite, and are super sweet once you go in. The dogs are lose though, so if you’re dogs aren’t friendly, don’t bring them inside the store. Right from the start, Tony joked around with us, which was so refreshing since everyone seems so uptight these days. He greeted us like old friends, and not complete strangers. I’ll definitely be going back to his store for all of my dog’s needs in the future, I’m so glad we found his store!

This is a great pet supply store that does great things for the rescue community. I was given multiple sample bags of expensive dog food to try out in the chance that I want to upgrade my pets to a different type. This store is clean, neat and organized and filled with fun toys and dog friendly of course.

I am SO happy for Tony’s Pet Oasis to be around! We’ve been going to Tony for a few years at a different store, and his service has always been excellent, it was always a let-​down when someone else was working. So now that Tony has his own place it’s awesome! He really cares about animals and about giving great products and services to his patrons.
The store is a little bit off of Rt 122, it’s up a side street a little next to the old hardware store. The store isn’t new or fancy or anything, but it works. I’d much rather go to someone who helps and knows what they’re talking about and what they’re selling than to go to another pet store that’s new and fancy but knows nothing about the animals and the foods and doesn’t even say hi when you enter!
They always have two little dogs there that will bark at you and pretend that they’re tough and then they go lay down once you come in, they’re funny.
Tony has helped us with our cat that has urinary crystals. They have a couple foods that would help, and he was happy to give us small samples to see if the cat would like the food because she (as many cats are) is very picky. Right now Evo has a frequent buyer thing going, and Tony set us up with the form and keeps them for us and keeps track of our purchases so we can get a rebate! That’s awesome. They also give a 5% discount when you buy full cases. There’s a can food that our picky cat likes that he always orders for us. It’s great to order food and have them actually get it in for you, I can’t say that about other places I’ve been in the area.
There are a lot of other things in the store. I’m usually in and out, I haven’t looked around much, but there is a lot there. My wife always wants to look around, but I won’t let her… we’d be there forever!
