Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway

Great hotel! Check in here for a vacation with my girlfriend. They have great staff, and the water park is a great addition! Their hot tubs are clean, and relaxing. It’s centrally located, and their rooms and clean, and very modern looking rooms with plenty of outlets to plug in your devices! They even include USBs to charge if you forgot your devices USB block. The parking is easy, and the rooms are easy to find.

Just spent the night here with my kids and we had a fantastic time! Excellent service and very clean! We will be coming back again soon.

This hotel was amazing and very special!
I came to New England for a tour with a group. Upon arrival, they literally rolled out a red carpet to our bus and hosted a wine and cheese happy hour, just for us. They were incredibly sweet and welcoming!
The rooms are very nice, equipped with a fridge and microwave, with comfy beds, and a large bathroom (great for two ladies sharing).
As we were departing, their whole staff came out to wave goodbye until our bus left the parking lot.
They put in a great deal of effort to ensure we felt special and welcome and it showed. Our group was profoundly touched and appreciated the special details.

What a great time at a great place. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. The staff was exceptional. Everyone one of them was friendly and helpful. Anne at the front desk was sweet and welcoming and made us feel right at home. The small waterpark was fun for all of my boys (ages 3,9,12) A truly great stay. Highly recommend.

Our favorite hotel in the area. Make sure you book ahead of time for great rates.
Get the family suite which accommodates four easily with the pullout bed. Make sure to ask for extra pillows and towels.
Nice water slides for kids. Our kids have been here several times and still enjoy it.
Nice and simple arcade games! Galaga, Pacman and some racing game.
Workout room is to small. Only three machines! Okay I guess if you plan to spend your time doing outdoor activities. Still, this needs to be better.
Breakfast is okay. To much sugary cereals, cakes, muffins, and waffles. Provide more fruit, yogurt, etc. Your menu is stuck in the last decade. We need and want healthier options.

This was our first time staying at a Hampton Inn and both my wife and I were pleasantly surprised with not only the room and price, but the amenities offered. We have two small Dachshunds and it’s usually hard to find accommodations that accepts pets, and are not only clean, but affordable. Well, Hampton fits the bill on both points. Our room had two queen beds, a decent sized bathroom with shower & bath, table & chair, microwave oven and a small refrigerator. My wife was very happy to see Nutrogena shampoo, conditioner and body lotion for the bath accessories. In the morning, I ventured down to the breakfast area and was amazed at what they offered for their free breakfast. Fresh fruit, home fries, bagels, muffins, sausages, eggs, Greek Yogurt, cereals and the real kicker, make-​your-​own waffles. They had an attendant who kept the area well stocked and cleaned. Also on hand were different kinds of coffee and a small assortment of bagged tea, along with complimentary newspapers.
Normally, I try to support Mom & Pop kind of places and shy away from corporate entities, but in this case, I made the right choice. There were a lot of people who brought their dogs and I can think of maybe 3 times during our 4 day stay that I heard them bark. As I said in the beginning of the review, this was my first experience with Hampton Inn, but after this visit, it’s not going to be the last.

We didn’t stay here, just came for the water park. We stayed at Adventure Suites and this is the water park they have a deal with. Just some warnings! I came with my 11 year old son and he had a blast but there are specific hours you can come only so make sure to plan ahead. There are some weird rules too — There isn’t a place to swim. They don’t let the kids wade or swim in the pool because of the slides. I don’t get that. Don’t understand why they can’t just have kids stay clear of the slides. No one under 16 in the hot tub — weird. Also, I went out to the lobby to grab a coffee after I was changed back into my clothes so I could sit and drink the coffee while my son enjoyed the slides… Nope! They wouldn’t let me in with my coffee. Again, weird. There are a cpl staff members here in the pool area so I don’t understand why they can’t just make sure the kids stay away from the slide opening and make sure no one is throwing their coffee in the water. Just weird to me. On vacation and would like to relax and drink a coffee. But my son did have fun. If you’re looking to swim, forget about it.

We stayed in the middle of the week so it was not very busy at all. Our room was quiet and clean. The staff happily welcomed our dog free of charge. The breakfast was pretty standard. They had some pretty good little pre-​maded omelets that I enjoyed. The coffee was some of the best hotel coffee I’ve ever had, too.
Internet is free for guests, but very slow. I think it’d be faster for HHonors Diamond Elite, but I’m not sure. We used a little business center that had faster internet.
I wasn’t blown away by the bed. It wasn’t overly comfortable or uncomfortable.
I would definitely stay here again especially since pets stay free while you pay $ 100 across the street at the Residence Inn!

This is a nice modern new hotel in scenic North Conway, NH. The price range is way out of my budget in the peak summer season and most winter ski nights. We were able to get a GREAT rate for Veterans day (1 night) and also April during mud season is a great time to go as well.
LOCATION: Wonderful… it is located near Settler’s green shoping outlets (but not really within walking distance), Cranmore ski area, downtown N. Conway, some local restaurants, etc.
ROOM: The room is modern and the queen beds were super comfortable. I liked the desk area, bathroom was modern with granite and fine selection of bath products. The room size however was rather SMALL. No way would you get a cot in here. The free internet was adequate. not great. Nice view of the woods … in the summer you can see the train go by!
BREAKFAST: Pretty good. I’ve been critical of the powered eggs at Hampton inn in the past but these ones weren’t too bad (with added cheese). They had a waffle station that was a hit with our family. The coffee was good too! DW enjoyed tea and cookies in the evening. Beautiful dining area…
BONUS: Pet friendly with NO ADDITIONAL charge… we enjoyed seeing a parrot and some cute pups! We didn’t bring our pet with us during this trip.
POOL AREA: The pool area was awesome to a point. The slides are wonderful for kids and «young» adults alike. It was a DREAM COME TRUE for 6 – 14 year olds. He must of went up those stairs a 100 times. Those adults that want to pool to swim… look elsewhere. Adults can use the slides too and we did… it was fun. The hot tub area was rather warm. not hot…
STAFF: The check in/​check out staff was nice but the night time POOL STAFF was downright AWFUL. I know there is pool and slide rules but there was one woman there that was literally a DICTATOR on trying to find fault in any kids in breaking the rules. she was ready to yell… and the young man also there was also power hungry… even questioned me when my teens came down alone! I know there is pool rules but this is LIVE FREE OR DIE in NH… TRUST THE PARENTS. TRUST YOUR GUESTS… I saw this with another family too with young children. My 10 year old goes in all the hot tubs under our supervision but nope not here. Yelled at. Adults cannot bring in snacks or beverages either which I also found restricting. They make you sign a release form. NOTE: The kids were actually GREAT going down the slides themselves. the watched out for each other and there was never a problem or a collision.
Fortunately the morning pool staff was much more relaxed and what I expected.
I asked the teens if they liked this comparative hotel compared to another and they preferred the other one because of the pool area was much more friendly and open.

Great family hotel. We had a queen suite with 2 queen size beds and a sitting area. The room has a small fridge and
Microwave. The hotel has crafts and movies in the evening. Breakfast free in the morning. Not the best hotel breakfast but good for most. Plus it has a small water park! Perfect ending to
The day here. It is close proximity to many attractions, food and shopping.

I give this 5-​stars as a family/​kid place to stay.
Price was more than we wanted to pay, however, the place is so kid friendly, it’s worth it. Clean, comfortable, kid movies at night, activities (brownie Sundae night), free breakfast… and a water park!
When I first heard of a hotel with a water park, I figured… OK, a pool with a couple of slides. But tube slides and wading area was a nice surprise. And being the «cool uncle», I loved it was well as the neices and nephews.) Great for a place to chill with kiddos after a long day. (Good place for a rainy day as well!)

This is a great hotel. The staff are very kind and go out of their way to help with requests. The rooms are clean and well appointed — very comfortable. The lobby has a nice seating area with a fireplace. It is centrally located to all attractions. Free wifi too — woo-​hoo!!!
Breakfast is included and there are hot foods, yogurts, cereals, oatmeal, fruit and lots of breads along with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. It was quite crowded when we had breakfast but we still managed to find a table. In the afternoon they offer cookies in the lobby which is a nice touch.
The pool has two large water slides that my kids loved and spent hours on.
And they have laundry facilities available!

We just spent a fantastic weekend at Hampton Inn & Suites! We did some serious research on hotels in the area and I’m so glad I picked Hampton Suites! Upon check in you are givin warm chocolate chip/​M & M cookies immediately! Check in was a easy, friendly and DOGS are allowed!!!
Our room was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was stocked with lots of little soaps, shampoo, conditioners, hand lotions, etc. They also had a coffee maker, too! Each room had a microwave and fridge. Nicer fantastic flat screen televisions, too! The bed is so comfortable. like sleeping in a cloud! FREE wi-​fi, too! And, it’s super fast!
Water park is FREEEEE! Unlike the hotel up the road that charges an extra fee for it! We have no children. and hell yeah we went down the slides a ton of times. One is completely in the dark and it’s awesome! The other one is just open and super fun! They also have a jacuzzi!
Each night they had themed nights. the nights we were there it was «ROOT BEER FLOAT» night and «MAKE YOUR OWN SUNDAE» night! This place is totally fun! The also show movies for free, too for the kids.
Free complimentary breakfast every morning. and it’s not muffins and bagels! We’re talking eggs, bacon, make your own waffles, toast, etc!
If you don’t have time for a full breakfast before hitting the slopes or heading out they’ll give you a brown paper bag that’s filled with an apple, water, muffin and mints!
This place is totally amazing I cannot wait to come back! It’s in the works!!!

We just came back from our second stay (first being 2009). We booked this hotel based on the waterslide, but it has so much more to offer.
The inclusive breakfast is always a plus, especially during the busy vaca season this will save you morning hassle to fight over a table at other local small restaurants. The selection is decent (for free)…cereal, yoguert, boiled egg/​omlett/​scrammbled egg, juice/​coffee/​tea, waffle, bagle, muffin, fruit… The hot items probably won’t win any culinary award, but for them to be inclusive is pretty damn awesome.
The hot coffee and tea is out for grabs in the lobby area all day. Some cookie/​brownies pops up once in awhile. Nice!
The room is clean and tidy with all the basics you’d expect. The microwave is nice to have which we will remember to bring some popcorn next time.
The general area (lobby, entry way, elevator) are all nice and tidy.
Staffs are friendly. One of them helped is took a family picture around the nice faux fireplace.
Water slide/​pool area is fun. The pool is really not for swimming as its where where the slides ended up dropping you. There is also a kiddy area with small slide and a hot tub area which seats about 8. There is always 1 – 2 employee there to make sure things run orderly… We spent most of the nights in this area to close out our days. They close at 10p. By the time we were done kids are usually ready for bed.
I have done my research and this hotel by far give you the best deal. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
