Pros: walk outside your apartment door for whole foods, cvs, restaurants and coffee. Nice building (new). Luxury feel.
Cons: a lot of rules and uptight community. Their water and sewage bills are outrageous. Their electric meters must be broken because for a 1br my bill legitimately went from $ 70 to $ 200 with same usage, if not less. And it wasn’t just my apt, everyone had same issue. That is a huge deal. For an expensive, luxury building … A lot of their features are cheaply built. You have laminate flooring that peels, bathroom showers that accumulate mildew and dirtiness .
If you have no problem overpaying for electric and generally small apartments that are very expensive, do it. It’s a nice community and complex, just every little thing seems to be a price to pay.

Where to begin? Parking is a chore and expensive (God help you if you lose track of time cause it’s $$$). The valet staff beats the hell out of the cars they park… Ok I’m not going to lie… I find it amusing when I watch them in the garage in high end cars. Now a non-​smoking community… Really? Grow up. We are outside. Go ahead and ban the metro buses and barbecue grills next while you are eating non-​salt, gluten free flat bread. In short, I weep for all of the idiotic delicate snobs that flock here.

Now I would like to place a disclaimer that we just moved in and not everything was as perfect as someone would think given this 5 star review. Our move in might of been the worst move-​in I’ve ever had. When you sign up for parking online, in the search box you have to type in Nobe, not just the zip code like it asks for. No one tells you this. You’ll be on the phone with rep for a while before they figure this out. When you sign up for cable DO NOT USE Comcast. In case you did, know that they need you to be in the apartment as well as you electronics for them to do any kind of service. You need to make an appointment with them or it could be a couple of weeks for them to set you up. I had an appointment with them at 2pm, and since it was raining it took me until about 2:30 to get to the community. The move-​in process was pretty smooth but literally all they do is give you keys. I got lost in the garage not knowing which building or where to park. All while the rep was calling me saying he’s going to leave and I won’t get internet until a week later! All the office had to do was explain to us that our parking was on P3, next to LA fitness entrance. The Elevator to the building is also not that easy to spot in the garage level. So the movers finally arrived to drop off our stuff and guess what??? since it was raining, the loading dock was flooded with water so the movers had a difficult time moving. They ended up charging us $ 1500 for moving cost. Please be caution and not move on a raining day. The office told us after that this was a design flaw and happens when it rains hard. Our apartment was also not completely cleaned when we arrived.

while we had a ton of issues with our move in, why I had to give NBM a five star is because of their willingness to help you when issues arise. The customer service doesn’t get any better than with Bozzuto and NBM. With all the issues we face, we brought it up to the attention of Jessica and Lauren. They were quick to respond and assisted us with what they could, all while staying so nice and positive. They sent up cleaners right away and assisted us with some of the cost due to the loading dock being flooded. We know that this is something they didn’t have to do, but, they did it in order to make our experience better. Anywhere you live, you will always have issues, what should be your deciding factor in choosing a home is a management team that will always assist you when you need it. I don’t need to go into the aesthetics of the community because when you tour you will see how incredible the community is. There’s high end restaurants, CVS, Whole foods, LA fitness, cleaners, and more .all on site. You will literally never want to leave, The building is also very well up kept and our apartment is just so beautiful, with floor to ceiling window overlooking the city. Ahmed was our leasing agent. He was very patient and found us our perfect home. Now that we are all settled in, we are just so glad to call North Bethesda Market our home.

Nothing but issues since we moved in — maintenance mostly — and management has no real contigency plan other than to wait and they try to come up with a plan. Wait for washing machine parts (should have been inspected before we moved in), wait for parking to get resolved, wait for plants to be replanted in fall… then winter… then summer, wait for West pool to be open (still no communication about why it is still closed), wait for pest control, wait for emergency maintenance to arrive because we have no power but he lives an hour away. The convenience of living over a Whole Foods doesn’t make this worth it. The novelty wore off long ago and we’re regretting telling them they broke the law by not offering us, then signing, a two year lease. One more year and we are OUT!

Great place to live! A trail nearby, wholefoods downstairs, metro 10 mins walk and the best concierge service. Paul, Fillip are always friendly and great to talk to! Kudos to Winston (just started), who offered to call me when the trolly cart was available to help me move my new purchase.

Just moved in here so far all is okay but I do wish the leasing office had to me what the moving situation would have been like as well as keeping promises that were given to me prior to move in date

I lived here for over a year and half, and I absolutely loved it. The unit was pretty much brand new when we moved in, and everything was maintained very well (hallways vacuumed every week, elevators everyday).
Convenient location 2 (large) blocks from White Flint metro. I used to frequent (and spend $$$) at Starbucks, Wholefoods, CVS, and Brio way more than I’d like to admit.
The amenities were great: 2 pools, courtyard with grills and a fire pit, free Starbucks coffee, fantastic and clean gym, a great lounge with plenty of seating, and a rec room with a pool table, kinect, and kitchen. The staff is great and incredibly friendly. They often throw parties in the lounge area for residents with decent food/​drinks. Seriously though, who could say no to free food and alcohol in your own apartment building?
So why did I move? the rent = $$$$. We got a good move-​in deal our first year there, but after that we either had to move to another apt to get another deal or stay and pay way more. :(Plus, all my friends live in DC and I got lonely.

The management changed to Bozzuto this past year. I love Jillian and everyone in leasing office is so accommodating and amazing. Great customer service. I had a major problem with last management and when the new management took over, Jillian helped me with everything I need.

I was here at a pet sitter, taking care of a few dogs. The property is well kept front desk is super courteous to tenants and prospective tenants (not as much to visitors). Keep in mind this is the location by the Whole Foods, not the tall tower.
The units here are a decent size but a little expensive. The location is desirable as it’s not a far walk to White Flint metro. You’re also in the square with a few restaurants and stores. The Whole Foods is very big and has a selection bigger than most Whole Foods in terms of the grill, hot bar, cold bar and selection.
I didn’t really hear much noise from neighboring apartments, but then I was only there to walk the dog. People seem to be happy with this place, though.

My sister rented the house. It’s so beautiful. All my family and cousins check out her place. There’s a parking garage and don’t have worry about any snowy weather gets on the car. Also there a food market downstairs where you can get food or something to eat if needed. Also the shopping center are close if you needed going shopping.

I moved in to the East tower at the end of June. and I have to say I’ve been pleased so far!
Rent is a little high for the size of the apartments you get, but it’s definitely livable and everything is brand new as it was only built a few years ago! Also, it’s in a great location… nice neighborhood and right off of Rockville Pike with plenty of restaurants and shops around! It’s also about a 10 minute walk to the White Flint Metro station and a 20-​minute metro trip to DC.
The staff at the front desk are AMAZINGLY friendly and helpful! They always greet me when I walk in and out of the building and are extremely resourceful and reliable.
NOBE allows dogs, has 2 swimming pools, a gym for residents and complimentary Tazo tea in the lobby! There are also a few restaurants right downstairs with more being built and a Whole Foods is attached to the building! Can’t get more convenient than that!
I’ve had a very good experience living here so far and I will continue to enjoy it until I’m ready to buy a house!

I moved into the East tower at the end of August and have been meaning to rate it for a while, because this place is seriously great. I had reservations at first, because it’s farther out than I wanted to be, and is not a very walkable. I was originally looking in Dupont/​Logan, after living in Old Town Alexandria, so I had a lot of reservations. I don’t even own a car, which can be a hassle sometimes. Okay, so why do I love this place? 1. It is gorgeous, brand new with floor to ceiling windows, granite countertops, wood floors, modern and livable. This is very rare for buildings in the DC area that allow dogs. It feels like landlords save their oldest, most decrepit buildings for dog friendly residences. 2. The staff is awesome. They are super friendly, and most of them go above and beyond tone helpful. They keep treats for the dogs at the front desk. Some residents actually spend time in the lobby socializing or working, just because it feels warm and inviting. They are full service, and can take your dry cleaning, for example. 3. My neighbors. The building has kids, dogs, single people, retired people, military, scientists, doctors, and some pretty cute guys. 4. Other amenities, like the 3^rd floor gym which is clean and almost always empty. It has everything except a rowing machine. Some pretty good places to eat nearby, Whole Foods downstairs, close to the metro. There is an awesome bike path (the old Trolley Trail) two blocks away, that takes you to the Capital Crescent trail in Bethesda, and from there to all the DC bike paths. Anyway, you get that I like the place. I’m hoping that we get more boutiques, that it becomes more pedestrian friendly, but I have to say that even though those things would be at the top of my list of important characteristics, this place has won me over.

Don’t sleep on NoBe! You can afford it or not! We live in an area with one the best or one the best economies. L.A. Fitness, Seasons 52, did I forget Whole Foods, and 10 minutes to work, plus the daily co. workers that make it feel so fresh and so clean, etc. (stoked & headie). I’ve been here since Nov. and exp. the growth. Patience is a virtue! Plus it’s hard to find front desk peeps that are down to earth and have comfortable converstations!!! You can hang or not, don’t be a hater.

This is in response to Vanessa’s comment. I checked out NoBe this past weekend. It’s a very nice, contemporary place and pretty much in line (price wise) for luxury apartments close to the metro, shopping, etc. If you decided not to live there based on price, so be it but wouldn’t it be better to reserve your comment since it honestly did not help those of us who may be considering living there?
