First and probably last stop at this Starbucks for my occasional morning fix. Somehow they translated my order from«grande, solo, toffee nut latte» to «grande soy toffee nut latte». They were not busy and I was standing right in front of the barista as he made the drink, no acknowledgement or confirmation of my order before making the wrong thing, he deposited it on the bar without so much as a smile. In some fairness, he offered to re-make it, but sorry I’m on my way to work and don’t have time to wait for you to make it again. I’ve noticed that locations with great customer service have a stash of $ 5 gift cards at the ready to hand out for errors like this, but not here. I probably would have just been fine taking it and drinking it, except for the whole soy thing, ick, not my thing. It got dumped out and left me a bit put-out at the loss of $ 5. Grrr!

This is the best Starbucks ever!!! The staff is so professional and nice and not like in an artificial way. Their white chocolate mocha rocks and their protein snack tray is so fresh, those are always iffy… They keep it really nice and clean and also attract a great crowd. Everyone is mostly on their laptop and just kinda in relax mode. Not completely on my commute but worth leaving earlier. Their coffee tastes so much better than the Starbucks at Harris Teeter in North Bethesda. Definitely worth checking out feels more like a privately owned coffee shop!

My ‘neighborhood Starbucks’ is, by far, the best Starbucks location in the area. The café itself is brighter and airier than most Starbucks locations, since it has huge plate glass windows along three sides and high ceilings, making it a very inviting space. More importantly, the staff and baristas here are great. Unlike other nearby locations where the folks behind the counter treat their customers with all the courtesy of airline gate agents(I’m looking at you, Wildwood), the folks at the NoBe location are always courteous and quite friendly, and if you’re just even a semi-regular, they get to know your preferences incredibly quickly. The line always moves along at a good pace, and the baristas are great at their craft — and this is one of the few Starbucks locations I know that actually can make a Frappucino the right way, producing a smooth, well-balanced drink.(Too often, at other locations, the mix is off, or they don’t bother blending it well enough, making for a drink that’s more like an ice milk rather than a frappé.) All in all, it’s a really great outpost of our favorite Seattle coffee purveyor. Finally, a shout-out to the NoBe Starbucks manager, Anna — she’s always making sure that her customers are happy and well taken-care of, and she also sponsors a number of efforts that help out worthy community organizations. Well done, Anna!

Recently this location has gone downhill. The tables usually are dirty and scattered all over the place. And the staff is not as accommodating and welcoming as it used to be.

It’s a Starbucks people, it’s not meant to be the most amazing experience in the world… you’re there for coffee and pastries and a friendly staff. That’s exactly what this location offers! Always welcoming, fast and friendly service. I come here every morning and appreciate their speed and attentiveness! Parking isn’t the best, but it’s good for those who need to just run in and out.

It’s a Starbucks. The baristas were not happy to be there and it showed. Coffee was yummy an the pastries were a little on the dry side. I should have gone or panera.

This starbucks is impressive. The workers seem to always be happy and ready to help(that is more than can be said from most places!). The coffee itself is not better or worse than any other starbucks. The decoration is pretty average. Finding a table to sit is usually doable.

Definitely a very friendly starbucks. It’s large too many many seats. I think its probably because of the new location. They close early at 8PM. It’s free parking for the first 2 hours just like at rockville town center. While I was here I saw the employees clean the bathrooms, and collect trash/wipe down the tables! That’s rare at most starbucks but then again this one was also less busy and less crowded. The bathroom doors blend in with the wall =) its cute. I think they offer free valet parking here too not sure that starbucks qualifies for it but I saw the sign somewhere. This starbucks has many entrances which is actually a disadvantage cause lots of cold air flowing through everytime the door opens. I actually came here in hopes of seeing someone! but unfortunaetly they weren’t here today =(. I like this location and I have yet to try Brio so I’ll be back! Hopefully I see you next time!

Greatly improved 3⁄2015. Anna is the best manager. Actually located on Paseo drive across from Brio, not on the Pike. If I didn’t know better I would expect to have found cameras. I ordered a bagel. They don’t have any. Not the first time they’ve run out. Okay. I order a Grande Blonde Roast. I get my coffee and a piece of stale banana nut bread and go to get cream, there is none. No cream, no skim, no while milk. Hoping this is because the manager is on vacation, but it makes me want to stop at the local bagel place rather than keep trying Starbucks. Bad processes, nice people.

Customer service in this Starbucks is horrible – and I was a 4 – 5 times a week customer who came in very frequently with my whole family. This morning I was told that I could not have a drink I have ordered many times in many Starbucks stores, including dozens of times in this very store. But this morning I was told by the asst manager that the cup I wanted was too big so I couldnt order it. I offered to pay more for the cup and explained that I ordered that same cup and drink all the time in lots of Starbucks stores – the response: «Well, you should go to those Starbucks.» My wife and I looked at each other and said, «Let’s go.» I suggested to the asst manager that asking people to leave your business is not too smart. I suspect that the main manager Ana or Anna may be training these young servers and asst managers poorly. I have never been in a situation where I am offering to pay more to get the same product I always get and I get some snotty response telling me my business isnt good enough for the store. Avoid this Starbucks.

The location is pretty nice — Whole Foods, CVS, LA Fitness and White Flint mall are all nearby. Currently, the store closes early though: 8PM from Monday through Thursday, 8:30PM on Friday and Saturday, and 7PM on Sunday. The staff is nice but some of them make this grumpy face when you use bonus stars or coupons.

Went in today line was 7 deep only 2 people working the line. WHY! I don’t understand why Starbucks insist in holding back labor cost during so called down times(9:15 am) looked like a nice new store. WARNING if you thought clover would be there you thought wrong no clover brewing machine.

I’m so happy this finally opened! It’s located in North Bethesda Market, across from White Flint mall. It’s pretty big, with a lot more tables than most of the Sbucks in the area– perfect to study or get some work done. There are still a few glitches here and there, but the staff is really nice and friendly so it’s forgivable. Oh, and I feel like they are constantly cleaning and tidying up the tables. The only thing I think is weird is that the doors to both bathrooms are directly facing/next to the tables instead of down a hallway on the side– it’s really awkward(borders annoying) being able to hear the toilets flush or hand dryers going all the time.
