Filed taxes and was told we were getting a refund to later get a letter in the mail claiming we owed. They never properly changed our address to show we moved. After calling the branch, we were told to come in for a drop in appointment and they were open until 8. Arrived at 6:15 to find a locked building with a woman who barely spoke English attempting to explain that they were closed. What to do next? Wait until Monday so they can go ahead and enjoy their weekend. Never ever using them again and will make sure anyone I know also does not use them.

went last year all went well. this year they screwed up, i ende up having o fill out forms myself to the IRS to get an addit $ 500
i called 4 times, noone called me back. Stopped in STeve who did my taxes never called back or the manager if there is one. i called customer service no response. plus the charged me an extra $ 200 without explaining why
im now going to sue in small claims for they give you papers that say they stand behind and if there is a problem they will refund
NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE A RIPOFF AND DONT CARE ONCE YOU PAY AND LEAVE
