Very convenient being that it’s a drive-thru, however I’ve never been to an establishment where the food is so consistently not fresh. Every time I make the mistake of going to this Dunkin donuts, the donuts have been stale almost every time.

Been awhile since I went here since the retirement plan went to pot. I am getting some money, but at $ 415 minus $ 200 for health insurance, there isn’t a whole lot you can spend. Anyway, I had a number 7: a ham, egg, and cheese on an English muffin with hash browns and topped off with a Rocky Road Iced Coffee. Awesome as ever!

Worst service ever. Workers don’t care at all. Drive thru takes forever and orders are usually incorrect. Ill be driving out of my way from now on to go to the majorly superior Starbucks.

I go to this drive thru every morning and order a flavored coffee and must either check that they added the flavor to my coffee or I leave with a disgusting over priced regular coffee! I don’t spend over $ 4 for a regular gross cup of coffee! If this was one time fine, but this is everyday! And I only go to this location because it’s got a drive thru and is on my commute! If they are going to sell flavored coffee then they must remember to add the flavor!!! They could learn something from Starbucks!

I go to this DD on my way to work at Roosevelt Field Mall at 6:30 in the morning. I usually go to the drive-thru because even if the line is long, it tends to move faster than the line inside. They never tell me how much my order is going to cost, they just say«drive around» and I don’t know how to get my money ready. Once I get to the actual window to pay, they repeat my order back to me and make it right there so I basically waited for them to do that to everyone on line in front of me. I usually get an iced caramel latte and for some reason, they just can’t hackin’ make it. It’s so easy, I watch them do it at every single DD I’ve been to, I could practically make it myself if they let me behind the counter but it tastes like butts every single time. You’re probably like«then why do you still go there?» I believe in second chances. That’s why. It’s also the only one that’s actually on the way, anything else would be a detour and I’m not about getting to work late because I was avoiding mediocrity at 6:30 am. Pretty solid croissants though. Their croissant game is on point. That’s about it.

pros: –there’s a drive-thru –it’s on my way to work –that’s it cons: –the most dysfunctional staff in DD history –the aforementioned drive-thru is insanely slow and has several crater sized potholes –even the most basic orders are regularly screwed up, thus requiring a thorough inspection before leaving this is by far one of the worst DD locations i’ve ever seen in terms of speed, accuracy & staff competence… unfortunately, they’re the only game in town if you want a drive-thru on the morning commute, so i wind up getting sucked in here a bit more than i’d prefer in a place with such lousy service… expect a wait, expect inept stoner servers in their late teens/early 20’s making half-wit attempts at getting your stuff out, and for god sakes drive slow & careful in the drive thru unless you want to screw up your car!

This is my go to DD when I don’t feel like getting out of the car. 90% of the time they get the order right, but the order 10% they don’t. It is very frustrating when you pull away from a busy drive thru to find out you have sugar in your coffee when you ordered a coffee with no sugar. As with most DD that have a drive thru when you go inside it tends to be super slow. Overall, great coffee, not that I would expect anything less from a DD.

The level of incompetence at this store is unbelievable. If you order at the drive up window they will give you whatever they feel like giving you. It’s amazing how they can get regular and decaf out of the same spout. 3 times I watched them pour my decaf and then my wife’s regular from the same urn. I have a heart condition and caffeine can be very harmful. As much as I love DD coffee I can’t risk drinking it for fear of being given the wrong thing. It’s off to 7 – 11 or Starbucks for me. Get your act together. Unilocal is forcing me to give at least 1 star otherwise I would give them a big fat 0 stars.
