I came to the North Babylon store for an upgrade on two phones. Jose was extremely helpful and patient! I was not rushed, and he helped me with all my issues! I highly recommend this store and Jose! I am loving my new IPhone 6.

Came to the store with a specific need. Wanted to create a new account by claiming liability of an existing line and porting over an at&t line.
1) The main line was never moved to a new account. It was simply upgraded on the existing account. When I realized I had been lied to in store, this took me over an hour to rectify with Verizon directly.
2) The rep incorrectly imported existing icloud backup. This had to be redone afterward to correct.
3) A gentleman was upset because he was sent to this location from commack, and they had sold the phones he had come for in the half hour it took him to get there. They showed no remorse. Ironically, the first and only phone I wanted there didn’t turn on. Likely selling a used phone as new. In any event, I had to go to commack location to get the one they had, and they were about to sell it when I walked in the door. While they were setting it up in commack, they were discussing how flawed the north Babylon location was.
4) In order to receive a rebate we had to do a mail in. To get the same deal on Verizon, it was instant.
Ultimately, I’m disgusted because I felt we were lied to and brushed off by Melvin. Shame on me for getting caught up in the run around to get my phone and not reviewing all the paperwork. Please do diligently if you go here. They’re most concerned with flipping inventory for commission, I’m assuming, then insuring things are done correctly.

When I first came into this location I had a poor experience with the first sales person who helped me. He was rude and I was buying 2 new iphones. I came back due to convience and was helped by Melvin who was outstanding he was patient and knowledgeable and pleasant and i purchase two new ip phones. when the phones came in Leo helped me for quite some time setting them up and was laso very knowledgable and pleasant and made it a good experience.
