I went in the other day to get a new phone since I had an upgrade. No one greeted me when I walked in so I had to walk around aimlessly until someone approached me from the back. I told them I had an upgrade and wanted a new one, and they sat me down and asked for my number. Since I wasn’t the main number on the account she refused to get me a new phone since the main number wasn’t present(my dad). She was not nice about this; she kind of kicked me out and didn’t even say sorry or have a nice day. She had no personality and looked like she did not want to be there. Service could have been a lot better.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received! I arrived at the store at the store at 8:15 pm. It was very busy and the«manager» asked me why I was in the store(at 9:15, already waited an hour) only two other customers(four employees) were still in the store, he stated, he didn’t have any left on stock and they were going to receive a delivery in the morning and should come back then. Came back the next morning, an hour before the store opened. Before any employee arrived. unless the phones were teleported into an empty store, they received no shipment. Miraculously the phone was in stock(?how?), and then they proceeded to tell me that since a manager wasn’t in the store, they couldn’t do the exchange, and I should come back, when gets he gets in,(«he should be here by 12:30ish») . So the store«manager» lied to me about not having any in stock, and lied to me about when I would be able to do the exchange. And wasted a massive amount of my day.(All of this took till almost 11 — I don’t blame them for not opening till 10am the, hours were clearly marked, I just didn’t look at them, the night I had been waiting and was told to come back tomorrow morning, I just figured since they were in customer service they would be open at 9) My belief is he lied to me just so he wouldn’t show a loss of money at the end of his day, and so they could go home instead of helping me.
