Local liquor store, used to be ok. Stopped in last Friday for both liquor and scratch tickets. It was 9:32 pm. Several weeks earlier I stopped there at 10:15 pm and bought the same.
First, the liquor I bought was $ 9.00 more expensive than at least two other stores within 5 miles $ 28.99 versus $ 19.98!
Second, they told me they shut the lottery machine down because they wanted to go home early — they close at 11:00 pm. I said I wanted to cash in some winners and get some more and they said no, no, no go try one of the gas stations nearby like I was going to inconvenience them and should drive somewhere else at my inconvenience — not theirs. Come on, 9:30 to 11:00? They were more than happy to sell me the liquor though at a $ 9.00 premium before I asked to get some tickets.
My advice, go somewhere else rather than risk having them be inconvenienced. I would like to give them no stars.

the staff is always so helpful and friendly when I come in here! They have a good variety of beers and wines, but that could be better. Maybe because they’re a small store they’d be willing to order for regulars??? That’s my next question for them– to see if they’ll bring in my favorite wine. I always feel safe going in there, which as we All know, is not a given for liquor stores! Definitely one of my preferred spots!

This place is just around the corner from my house. I was supprised to see that another person had reviewed it… YIPPE!
I’ve been going here for the three years that we moved to this side of North. I have to say, I love the people in there. They have what I want, it’s not overly priced. And every so often, I get a free glass for buying my regular beer. SCORE!
I have to say, the people in there are extra helpful. If you’re picking up for a party, they will help you carry out to your car. If you are looking for something, they will either help you find it on the shelf, or order it for you if they can get it. When I was looking for a limited run of beer, they held me some and called me when it came in…
You just don’t seem to get that from other packys in the area.
It’s why I keep going back!
