Came here twice and def would never come back again. the first time all my gel cracked after the first day. i decided to give it another try and would never waste my money here again. My daughter and i both got pedi’s and mani’s — made an appt and i guess that didnt matter bc we still waited 40 mins past our appt time. My daughters polish is terrible looking and my gel polish is all over my fingers and half of the nail is too much polish while the other half is too thin. it looks like a 2 yr old painted our nails. There are def other better places to go to in the area. Do not waste ur money. And our pedicure took 10 mins. how does that evem happen in 10 mins. every time i have gotten a pedicure it was at least 30 mins. Told her twice i didnt want lotion but she still did the lotion. They are extremely slow. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Ellen or Helen(the owner) is absolutely my favorite! She is soo sweet and knows nails. The staff is also very friendly. Definitely one of my favorite places to get my nails done. They do a good job too! Appointment isn’t really necessary but I make one anyway. Every time I go somewhere else, I feel like I’m cheating. I’d recommend to a friend.

I’ve been coming here for a while because my sister does. I got my nails done less than a week ago, and it was the first time I’ve gotten gel. Two days after I got them done, they started cracking. So much for lasting weeks! There are so many other salons better than this place. Would not recommend

Went without an appt. Said 20 minutes. Ok. 60 minutes later, someone else comes in without an appointment and says«I was just driving by and saw you’re open – is it too late to get a gel manicure?» What appears to be the boss(cuz the place is seriously disorganized) says… take a seat on end. The manicurist directly next to me finishing a customer who was there the entire duration of my wait, gets up, comes to «my» station, and starts cutting up foil. Then, she goes for the cotton balls in acetone, and sits down to start working on the lady who just walked in. So, I’m invisible. I said out loud — «Really? I’ve been waiting an hour she is getting taken care of before me?» CRICKETS — no one answered. So, I looked at the lady who told her to take a seat and repeated myself and she looked stunned before saying…“she soak polish off.” You know what? SHESHOULDHAVEBEENMADETOWAITJUSTLIKEME. I was going to get a mani/pedi. I guess gel-manicure customers are more profitable. I understand the gel has to be soaked off, but give me a break. So I left. I’ve been to Sassy about 6 times. Each time, it gets worse and more annoying. I will absolutely NEVER go there again. It is disorganized and customers can easily get ignored and/or forgotten about, even in plain sight.

I wouldn’t recommend this salon, there are too many salons around this area to deal with this place. The owner isn’t understanding or business savvy. My nails were done by the owner and what a terrible job! It looks like I did my own nails! Not to mention, trying to over charge me. Unacceptable

The only reason they are getting two stars is that the salon is decorated very nicely and the owner is very friendly. I went to get gel tips put on and a pregnant woman did my nails(the fumes probably aren’t great for the baby) but that’s not why I’m giving a bad review. It took about 2 hours to get a gel set put on which is way too long and she was very rude. Stayed quiet the whole 2 hours and about a week later my nails were coming off. I would never go back here.

Got a mani/pedi here with a friend. Very friendly staff and overall the service was pretty good. They did my mani while I was having my pedi done, which I’ve never experienced before, but it wasn’t a problem. Overall, the price was right and there were no issues. If you’re looking for a quick mani/pedi, I would have no problem recommending Sassy!
