In the past few years due to the depressed real estate market, we have been to help people to save their homes by stripping second mortgages and equity loans as well as the other help offered by bankruptcy. Established in 1930.
The Rosenberg Family over 80 years ago established a law firm in the Merrimack Valley committed to providing bankruptcy help equal to that found in large big city firms. Herbert Weinberg and the other attorneys at Rosenberg & Weinberg seek to continue that mission using technology to provide help at a speed that was not available at the inception of the firm.

Business Owner
Herbert Weinberg started his career as a law clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court in Massachusetts. He then spent 10 years working at a downtown Boston Firm’s bankruptcy department until he was invited to move his practice to North Andover to assume and continue the Rosenberg family commitment to provide the Merrimack Valley with a local firm with bankruptcy expertise equal to that found in the large regional and national law firms.
