The firm practices in the areas of Bankruptcy Law, Collections, Commercial Litigation, including matters involving the Uniform Commercial Code, Contracts, Business Torts, Business Planning, and issues involving Commercial Paper and Secured Transactions, in terms of the Firm’s commercial areas of practice. The firm also engages in Real Estate Law, including acquisition, sale, refinancing, and foreclosure of real estate, as well as zoning and landlord/​tenant issues. Finally, the Firm maintains a general practice in the areas of Personal Injury Law and Domestic Relations. The attorneys in the Firm are actively engaged in the preparation and trial of cases, and along with our support staff, are adequately prepared for each Court appearance or meeting.

We are open Monday-​Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and are available for appointments over the weekend.

History

Established in 1989.

Feinman Law Offices – Business and Trial Lawyers – was first opened in June of 1989. Both before that time and since then, the firm has been engaged in the practice of bankruptcy law, collections and commercial litigation, real estate, including foreclosures, personal injury and domestic relations. In terms of practice, the main focus and thrust of the firm’s practice is within the areas of business law, bankruptcy and matters related to those areas. The firm is located in downtown Andover, Massachusetts, and maintains a small satellite in downtown Boston, Massachusetts.
