Went in looking for something specific. I needed those things that hold hand-​sanitizer to the side of your purse/​bag, and I remember them always carrying them. I used to shop here more, but many of their products are too chemically based now for my tastes. Plus I don’t like anti-​bacterial chemicals in my hand sanitizer and use an alcohol based one from another company now. If they switched to more eco-​friendly and nontoxic products, I would probably be a loyal fan to their products again.

Since bath and body works discontinued my favorite scent (black amethyst) about a year ago, I’ve been wandering around the store aimlessly every time I went. I went yesterday to take advantage of their buy three get three free promotion as well as use my 20% off coupon. The store was absolutely packed with shoppers. However, the employees still found time to help me find the perfect scent. I feel bad because I can’t remember the girl’s name that helped me, but she was simply AMAZING. I told her my predicament, and she jumped right into helping me out. I looked over at my sister and my mom, and they were also getting the same amazing costumer service from other employees. Great job, guys!

I love this Bath and Body works. The employees are very nice. They are a smaller store and don’t have the Bigalow or True Blue Spa lines. That’s the only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars.

Alright, I had to write an update because I went into this location today and oh my gosh were the employees wonderful. I don’t know his name (I think he’s a manager?) but a guy who works here is tall, blonde, spikey hair: he was GREAT! Super sweet and helpful. Another guy who was working helped me so much with an exchange I had and the girl working there I’ve seen before and she’s a doll. They provided me with awesome customer service. I was in there right before they closed and they let me take my time to shop around, found products for me in the back, and were just all around great. I guess I had just been in on a bad day before because they were awesome tonight. Thank you guys!

I always loved this place, but when you get awesome customer service it makes it that much better.
Went in with my hubby the other day and Kevin was great. Was checking out and he gave us a coupon for a free item. Who doesn’t want a free item? I know I do! Thanks Kevin, hope to see you next time I stop in.

This is my usual store where I get my shower gels ect. I always get excellent customer service today was no different. Keven who helped me out was extremely nice and very professional. He deserves an A+
