University Greens

I lived here over the past year and while my room was bigger than my entire dorm room I shared that’s about all I enjoyed. First, our apartment was dirty and the water heater was flooded with water and rusted through almost completely. Second two or three of the kitchen drawers weren’t even accessible due to the placement of the old stove, along with th dishwasher was broken and could not be used. Not huge issues but the problem is the maintenance and staff are horrible. We fixed all the issues our selves and still the wash and and dryer were unbelievably useless. It took two days of drying to try to get remotely dry clothes and the shuttle was broken over half the year so we crammed into a rental van. It is a little cheaper than most places but we couldn’t wait to move. I won’t say where we moved as I am not promoting for anyone but there are several apartments in the area that are far better value for the money where the staff actually seems to care. The model is 10x nicer than the actual apartments so don’t expect anything special. They also charged us out the butt at the end of the year for stuff that was never cleaned and probably never will be. I guess they just keep the money.
