I am a local chocolatier, confectioner and bakery. i specialize in chocolate truffles and all things chocolate. I hand make specialty cakes, cookies, cupcakes, candied nuts and much more!

History

Established in 2012.

I am originally from Norman, Ok and I wanted to come back to my home town after my schooling to make sweets and treats for Norman. I opened my business in January of 2012 and have been going strong since.

I am a classically and professionally trained pastry chef and chocolatier. I lived in France where my love of food and pastries really blossomed into a passion. I have a degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. I have worked in several high end restaurants and hotels and then decided to come back to Norman, Ok to open up my shop.
