Specialties

We offer stroller-​based fitness classes for expectant and new moms. In these classes, you get a 55 minute cardio and strength training workout AND get to bring your child with you. It is like a workout, time with other moms, and playdate for your child all wrapped into 1 hour!

History

Established in 2010.

This business was started in Norman, OK in 2010; however, the franchise originally started in California in 2000. The founder, Kristen Horler, wanted a workout where she didn’t have to drop her children off at a gym nursery, but still get in a great workout.

Therefore, this franchise was created. I am a certified personal trainer and Baby Boot Camp certified instructor. Bring your baby and get fit with us!

I am the owner and instructor of the Baby Boot Camp classes here in Norman. I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have a wonderful 2.5 year old son.

I love teaching class and bonding with my son, other moms, and their great kiddos. We have so much fun in class, but also work hard. It is such a blessing to be surrounded by other moms, in the similar stage of life, and get in shape and encouraged by them.

Baby Bootcamp is one of the best things I have done for myself in a long time. It is life changing. I have become very active, working out 3 – 4 times a week under the guidance of an awesome personal trainer. I get to bring my kids who have a great time and made so many friends. I have also met so many wonderful friends.

BBC Norman is a great way for moms and babies to get social time in while getting fit! The moms have a great time working on fitness goals and the kiddos love encouraging the moms too! It sets such a great example for our children to show the importance of physical fitness. The trainer truly cares about each person and their families. She goes above and beyond her job to create activities we all love… plus moms night out and play dates!

Baby Boot Camp has truly been a God-​send in my life. I was trying to figure out a way to get back in shape after having babies, and involve and model a healthy lifestyle for my kiddos. I was so thankful when a friend invited me to join her! It is a very good quality, well-​rounded workout. But my favorite thing about BBC Norman is that no matter where you are on your fitness journey, there is a place for you here! When I first started coming to classes (about a year ago) I couldn’t do more than 3 push-​ups without feeling like I was going to die. But all the BBC mommas were nothing but encouraging to me! They motivated me to push myself a little further each class… and now a year later, I am in the best overall shape of my life, and have a ton of new friends too! I really can’t recommend Sarah and Baby Boot Camp highly enough. :)
