Dear barista at the drive thru this morning, while I’m sure your flirt session with the other barista was super important. As a mom for 2 toddlers whose husband just deployed today, so is my coffee. So I hate that i had to interrupt you in order to pay for my coffee but you could have hidden your disgust a tad bit more. And when I politely said that I ordered iced instead of hot I could have done without the eye roll… While I typically love this location and the coffee is always good, maybe the customer service needs a little motivation…

Staff is friendly, accurate, and professional. Haven’t met with a rude one yet. Nice, roomy and well lit dining area. The only thing that I wish was better is the parking. However, it won’t stop me from going. It’s one of few Starbucks that I’ll dine in at.

I love his location-I am disappointed they closed the Shore Dr. One to move to this place-they should have kept both because the patio was fantastic at the Shore Dr. Location but Que Sera! The barista’s are EXTREMELY friendly here and the lobby is actually roomy. I love the lounge chairs and there are plenty of tables if you need to meet with someone or want to come here for a study sesh. (I will probably come here before school one night) I definitely can’t complain that it is right off base now and I can just hit it up on the way to work or after. Also-being right by my favorite on base gym and Planet Fitness is convenient for postwar loud snacks. Anywho-I have not had any problems with this location-they are accurate with heir orders and fast-and like I said, service with a smile is always a huge benefit!

NOISY!!! The employees here are rowdy and make more noise than the all the customers put together. Given that the floors are tiled and there isn’t much to absorb sounds. So, when you combine the blender, the cackling employees, and the waaaay too loud music, this location leaves nothing to be desired. I will probably drive down to the Starbucks on Northampton which is 3 miles further than where I live just for a more peaceful environment.

My family and I had horrible costumer service yesterday(8÷29÷15) when I came into this location. The barista was very rude and gave us a wrong order and when we asked nicely that we received a wrong order, she insisted that it wasn’t wrong. And that is what we ordered. Again, we told her it was supposed to have coffee in it, not one of the crème based fraps. She snatched the cup from us and threw it away and said shed make us another one. I was also waiting for part of our order, which she forgot. As I’m standing there waiting she turned to look at me and asked rudely if I was waiting for something. I simply told her I was waiting on my drink. To which her reply was«opps sorry guess everyone wants this drink today.» And proceeded to give me someone else’s order from the drive through. Both of the drinks we received were poorly made and didn’t taste anything like what we had ordered. I will not be visiting this location in the future.

Went there today and the lady who helped me at the drive thru was wonderful! She was so upbeat and really made my experience great. I ordered two drinks, one of which was a black tea. She said they had just ran out and that it would be a few minutes because they had to brew more. I didn’t mind waiting at all, but she handed me a $ 4.00 off card for my next visit and apologized for the wait. Both drinks were made great and I will definitely be returning to this location.

I love this new location. Friendliest staff ever! I’ve just discovered the new Thai chicken wrap. Best menu item next to the protein bistro box. I hope it’s not seasonal like the smores frappocino. Bring back the smores frappocino.

I love this location being so close to base! I’ve been to Starbucks throughout Virginia Beach and I just love this location, the outdoor space is the best of any locations close by! Drinks are perfection, breakfast sandwiches are always assembled nicely, they get our orders right! The Baristas are all very friendly and even make the drive through experience pleasant! David is hilarious, he has me and my kids laughing every morning at the drive through! Thumbs up over all at this location!

I’m being sour. SHORE dr. Location was the best spot to be, hands down. No other Starbucks has a great vie and scenery by the beach. When the sun sets, it glows throughout the café and peaks below the Lesner bridge. I’ve got nothing against this spot but it doesn’t have the character that Shore Dr had and it never will.

Very very convenient location! Always lots of parking available. Not very busy and lots of seating available. Lots of out doors searing also available. The rest room was very clean and the tables were also. The staff also remembers to ask for your name to place on your order. Something that the north military hwy location always forgets to do. The food looked fresh and properly placed on display. Behind the counter was clean and organized. For some reason the drive through was down not sure why

I didn’t have high expectations, but I’m impressed with this new store! The inside is very spacious, and furniture is well-arranged. Barstools, tables that seat four, and soft comfy chairs are all available here. As far as the coffee, well, it’s Starbucks, so it is exactly what you would expect. I found the staff here to be very friendly. Several of the seem like«ideal» baristas in that, they are very enthusiastic and happy to be around and make your coffee! On one visit, there was an error made on my drink, but the barista quickly made me a new one. The drive through experience here is good too, and I haven’t had any problems with my orders. If you’re looking for a nice Starbucks to just chill in, perhaps gather your thoughts or wait out traffic, this is definitely a good one.

New Store!!! I’m a Starbucks crackhead, and chances are… if you visit this store you will see me there. Come by and say hi. I’ll likely be studying for this Microsoft Certification too so feel free to buy me a coffee. If not, hi is fine. Actually, its not, you don’t need to interrupt my studies unless there’s something in it for me. Back to the store. Its the best thing they could have done to this disappointment of a shopping center. It’s really big and the chairs aren’t all tightly placed together. Its def the Starbucks you go to for comfort… not to sound like I’m selling real estate but its pretty big(that’s what she said) and spacious(hopefully that’s not what he said).
