Hague Park Apartments

So this is probably one of the closest residences near EVMS that you could possibly find. I don’t live here, but a number of my friends do and I have been over here many times. It’s not the most modern of places, but given the number of students who live here, I imagine that it’s quite affordable which is really what counts if you’re a grad student or fresh out of school. There is parking available, but you can easily walk to school (less than 5 min walk). Just beware though that the Hague (that giant body of water outside of the apartments) has a tendency to flood at the slightest amount of rain. It doesn’t encroach on the apartment itself, but you’ll lose the sidewalk and all the parking spaces on the street. Just an FYI!
