I’ve been going to the same dentist for over 20 years (yikes…am I that old?) and I’m not happy with their lack of new technology and that I have to pay them the total bill up front. So I decided to look around for another dentist and using Unilocal I found great reviews for Dr. Vincent. My first appointment was this morning. I met with Maria, the hygienist and she was amazing. She took bite wing xrays and then used a camera inside my mouth (no pain whatsoever) to take pictures of my individual teeth that have silver fillings. This procedure was to see up close how the fillings were holding up. Maria cleaned my teeth with determination to get them squeaky clean! It was painless even though she was extremely thorough. Then Dr. Vincent came in. He is lovely. He has a warm, kind nature about him and very helpful when I asked him a few questions about his process for fitting and installing a crown. He has the latest technology that takes a 3D picture of your mouth so no more impression molds with a gel-​like yucky substance that you end up chocking and gagging on. Better still, he makes the crown right there so you don’t have to come back in 2 weeks for a fitting. This was the best experience I’ve had with a dentist. His office staff were exceptionally friendly too, especially Joan. I also made an appointment to replace my silver fillings with resin which I’m told will last a long time. So I’d love to recommend Dr. Vincent with a million stars, but he might get too busy to fit me in!

I recently went here to have my annual cleaning.
–The staff is nice and friendly.
–I was on time, no wait besides filling out my paperwork.
–Sent me a follow-​up letter saying thank you.
–Sent me a card signed by the whole office for my birthday.
I definitely would come back for my next cleaning=))

I had my first visit to Dr. Vincent’s practice today and I’m SO happy. They saw me very quickly-​no waiting. The hygienist was gentle with my sensitive teeth, quick and thorough, and friendly (but didn’t make me make small talk while my mouth was open). They put dark glasses on me so the bright light didn’t bother my eyes. There was no shaming (you know that routine «little girl you really should floss 20 times a day!»).
I also didn’t walk out with my mouth throbbing (you know how some hygienists love to floss you extra rough).
While I was only there for a routine exam and cleaning, I imagine that I’d feel confident trusting them with cosmetic or corrective treatments too. They really put me at ease.
They are located in the office complex called «Holcomb Woods” – you can’t see the office from the street. Go into Holcomb Woods, take a left around the roundabout, and go to the back of the first building on the left.

The thought of my previous dentist’s dental hygienst getting near my mouth again was giving me nightmares (she was insanely, overly rough), so I turned to the internet to find another dentist who had good reviews and took my insurance. Reivews for Dr. Vinvent’s office were great so I made my 6-​month appointment.
What I found once there was nice, clean office space. Courteous front desk staff. Alicia, the hygienist who did my cleaning, polish and xrays, was very sweet and gentle. I pointed of my sensitive spot and she seemed to work delicately around it during the cleaning. She gave me reccomendations on brush types and toothpaste types for my teeth. Dr. Vincent came in at the end and looked at my xrays, teeth, and said everything was good to go. I was in an out — hassle and pain-​free — in an hour.
My teeth are very healthy and I have no problems, so I can’t comment on any additional or more in-​depth procedures, but if you’re looking for a good office for regular checkups, go here! I’m so glad I found this place.

Professional attention to detail for crowns and replacement fillings. 5. Polite and helpful staff. ADDITIONAL NOTE: I travel a long way to visit Dr. Vincent and it’s worth it… In my life, I’ve had only one other dentist (30 years ago) that gained that level of loyalty in me. I’ll continue to make the trip. === DETAILS ===: 1. Dr. Vincent gave his professional assessment then asked for any preferences that I had (for things that mattered to me, he listened and treated accordingly). I knew that when I wanted something specific, he would pay attention to that. 2. He was very aware of any pain I had, administering anesthetic where it was needed. For example, when I twitched because of pain, he asked about it and knew where it was. He immediately deadened that area more fully. All I had to do was tell him… nothing more… I had no pain after that at all. I GREATLY appreciated his attention to that. It was painless yet I had a short recovery (could eat normally just a few hours after). 3. I’m curious and want to know a lot about what’s going on. Some dentists seem to take that as an irritant or a threat. Not Dr. Vincent… he and his staff answered every question I had, showed me the related tools, described how they worked, etc. I was more comfortable knowing what was going on, and that they did not try to hide anything. 4. One of the most important points was that My two crowns and the replacement of my silver fillings showed their careful attention to detail. Not only do my teeth feel better, but they also are easier to clean (I greatly care about my teeth, floss regularly, and am very picky about my dentist). Dr. Vincent reminded me to come back in case anything needed fine adjustments for comfort or for any other reason (it was not needed). That is great reassurance for something that is with you for life. 5. The STAFF was very helpful and polite every time I had an interaction. I greatly appreciated their service, their follow-​up call and their willingness to help in any way.
