Insensitive, incompetent, and completely greedy. I would not recommend this practice after using them for wisdom teeth removal. The recovery took over a month and was extremely painful. This is rocket science – it’s wisdom teeth removal, which is a standard procedure for an oral surgeon. I think that he and his office are sloppy. Also, they charge for everything short of gauze.

I’m now 32 but approximately 15 years ago I went to Dr. Loetscher as recommended by my orthodontist. He performed several procedures on me. He first removed my wisdom teeth. Approximately one month later I had my jaw surgically broken and a chin implant inserted. I have fourteen metal pins, two metal plates and a chin implant. My jaw healed perfectly and I have never had any issues. The scars on the side of my face (along the jaw line) healed just as he said and are not even noticeable. Dr. Loetscher gave us his personal phone number to call post-​surgery and even checked up with me several times while healing at home.
